"The hotel facilities are excellent, and there's a large shopping mall nearby for some retail therapy. The staff are also very polite. If I visit Melbourne again, I'd definitely choose to stay at this hotel."

"Opposite this hotel is the big shopping mall Westfield, which is very convenient for eating, drinking and having fun. The hotel rooms are quite large and have a terrace. The price/performance ratio is high. There are plenty of parking spaces and they are free. You can choose"

"The property smells bad. The host didn't inform me how to check in and didn't even receive a call. Don't expect someone to show you around the place. Bang the door hard if you want to come in. If you're lucky, someone inside may notice you're there and let you in."
