เมื่อฉันไปถึงโรงแรมก็ค่อนข้างดึกแล้ว แต่แผนกต้อนรับยังเปิดอยู่ ซึ่งสะดวกมาก โรงแรมสะอาดและทำเลที่ตั้งก็ดีเยี่ยมเช่นกัน

I am quite disappointed with the lack of hotel slippers, showers caps and dental set supplies.

The room was very small. Not many channels and no streaming apps on the TV. The only plus is its location which suits my personal consideration. A big disappointment for a hotel with Mercure brand name.

Really enjoyed night here. Walking distance to Doncaster so did some shopping then walk back to room. Had swim in indoor pool. Howells provided. There's a 24 hour gym also. Restaurant great overlooking city. Had buffet breakfast there. Service and staff pleasant. Check in easy. Parking easy. Highly recommend. Also given a room upgrade and bottle of bortolis Champagne in room as was a birthday stay. Love also they support bees and have beehouses on roof and all information about bees

Very nice property, clean, modern, great staff. There's a mall nearby so also convenient. Only downside is that you have to take a bus if you want to use the train system. Otherwise, it's a tad cheaper than similar areas with train access. 30 minutes bus to the nearest train central so consider if the tradeoff is worth it for you

⭐⭐☆☆☆ Good location — close to Westfield mall and about 20 minutes from the CBD. The room itself was nice, but the bedding wasn’t very comfortable. I really dislike when hotels don’t provide basic toiletries like a toothbrush. Also, having to walk to level 3 just to get water was annoying. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.
