Just perfect hotel with perfect service. The restaurants and cafes at the hotel’s territory are really nice with interesting menu. Beach access and calm sea, awesome pools especially for kids. I’m so happy that I chose Ritz-Carlton and surely gonna come next time as well.

We had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

The hotel emailed me 3 or 4 days prior arrival to provide me w transportation schedule n restaurants options per my requests which i found very impressive of their guests welcoming approach. I also communicated w hotel reservation team about my arrival details n request to provide one room for my whole stay of 6 nights despite of 2 bookings confirmation that I made. The reservation team was efficient n responsed very timely to arrange the room per my request. To my surprise upon check in, my room was already given to another guest. The Front desk was apologetic n immediately looked into the matter to resolve the issue. Despite using 30 mins for check in, I was still pleased that they could arrange for me with same room type but upgraded to sea view. The room is spacious of modern design n very clean. The breakfast is very good n delicious w many varieties n the staff was attentive. My overall stay was very pleasant! The gym is big with good equipment tyoes.

The facilities and services were absolutely wonderful! The staff were extremely friendly and did everything to cater for us and our stay!

I was charged for my room when I have already paid through your website.  I will suggest you sort this out so l get my money refund.

We had a great stay at the Ritz Carlton Doha. Staff and services were brilliant. Would recommend others to stay! Loved the beach, very relaxing.

The staff and service are excellent! They are very friendly and kind. The beach is nice, but noisy, because there is a large construction site nearby. The location is not very good if you prefer walking. The food is delicious.

I booked this for my daughter and husband first wedding anniversary. They said it was amazing the club lounge everything for everyone from morning till night. The room filled with balloons and fresh rose petals in a heart shape on the bed and to top it off a wedding anniversary cake. The hotel facilities could not fault the pool the beach everything they experienced made their anniversary so special and memorable.

Everything was perfect. The staff was exceptional, the food was delicious (I was on half-board), and the hotel facilities were top-notch. A special thanks to my butler, Anna, who made my stay unforgettable. It was my first time here, but definitely not the last—we’ll be back for sure!

This return trip was a wonderful experience. All the staff made exceptional efforts to be kind, helpful and generous in offering assistance. Throughout our trip, staff pre-empted our needs as a family and politely offered assistance. The housekeeping staff were especially sweet and kind towards my children, and the golf cart drivers made good friends with us. The ladies' gym is exceptionally outstanding. Powder Room is a fantastic highlight. Everything was arranged with sensitivity to privacy for modest ladies.' Welcome to Qatar message was lovely. We hope to have our next big family reunion here in future. One thing that did not meet our expectations was a personalised welcome for the children. On our last trip, we did find messages and activities prepared for them in the room upon our arrival. I am not sure the hotel has considered personalised Welcomes for older children or teenagers. I would appreciate seeing this done in future. Also, some guests appeared to be dressed in underwear on the private beach. More attention to modesty would be a good way forward for an iconic hotel in a Muslim country.

amazing hotel in location and best customer service culture, which is noticeable at the doorsteps of hotel entrance by valet parking staff to receptionist and all over the hotel. restaurants and food are second to none. We had our first lunch at the Italian restaurant Sel & Miel , the food and staff are amazing, they surprised us with cake and flowers for our 50th wedding Anniversary and took alot of pictures for us by their Polaroid camera. Special thanks to the best housekeeping ever who surprised us with the setup of our room. we were touched by invitation from Nassira and Huda to have moroccan tea at the lobby bar. I would like to give special thanks to all staff of Lagoon restaurant, Suhila, yasmin, Hatim, Elma, Duwi ,luyoni, and lovely Balaneeis girls who take care of us during our 5 days stays. we definitely will come back and recommend The Ritz Carlton to our friends and family members.
