สภาพแวดล้อมของแมริออทเป็นข้อดีเสมอ แผนกต้อนรับบริการดีและมีประสิทธิภาพ ช่วยส่งสัมภาระไปที่ห้อง เพราะครั้งนี้ผมไม่ได้ใช้การ์ดไททาเนียมจองแต่ Ctrip ซึ่งไม่สะดวก แม้ว่าฉันจะเขียนอาหารเช้าสองมื้อ แต่พนักงานบริการอาหารเช้าก็ยืนยันว่าห้องของฉันไม่มีอาหารเช้า! หลังจากเจรจากัน 10 นาที ก็โทรไปหลายสายว่าพลาดแล้วไม่เห็น ไม่ได้ขอโทษ จนจบก็ไม่ได้ตัดออกว่าพนักงานบริการทำไปโดยเจตนา ตรงกันข้าม เมื่อคนผิวขาวเข้ามาในร้านอาหาร พวกเขาให้เกียรติและสุภาพ ไม่เช็คว่ารับประทานอาหารเช้าหรือไม่

Pros: we were given early check in at 12:30 connected to the district mall/complex opposite woolies swimming pool is heated - so good breakfast is fantastic - freshly squeeze juice, salad, fruit options Cons: nothing. definitely will come back

Nice location, beautiful rooftop pool, but the carpark is not close,i didn't see any instruction about car entry information. no teeth brush and comb supplied, called receipt for comb, got it sent to the room one hour later. dusty under table.

The Indian management team sucks. They bully both the customers and the cleaning staff.

Had a fantastic time at Docklands Marriott! Location was great, the room was lovely and the welcome drink on arrival was a nice touch 😊 staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooftop pool was relaxing and beautiful. Tho it had a fair bit of people, it didn't bother us as everyone just kept to their own spot. It has lots of eateries around, Woolies, Chemist and free tram stop are all right across from the hotel. Will definitely come back and recommend!

Service at reception was absolutely excellent. The amenities (particularly the beautiful pool) were exceptional, and having access to the bar and food poolside were a great experience.

Good stay overall. Pool often quote full.

I only can say that everything was more than perfect! Front desk staffs are really supporting, fantastic service. Room is clean and tidy. Location - there are everything you need near by (just 2 min walk to costco, 1 min to chemist warehouse and Woolworth, shopping. Family friendly

Fantastic hotel phenomenal service and great pool

Returned customers. Service at the front desk is amazing, didn’t get to utilise the infinity pool this time due to Melbourne being in winter. Room is somewhat dusty and lights in the bathroom flashing. House keepers and staff are very friendly and professional. Valet parking is good. Breakfast was disappointing with staff working there being miserable and not knowing what’s going on, except the one that looked like the manager. Will come back but wouldn’t bother with the breakfast buffet.

We had short stay after the flight. We checked in 18th Aug 3.30pm and check out 4am, 19Aug. However the assigned room to us is not super clean and toilet bowl is crack. We reported it to the recept and been informed that it’s was noted before.

Fantastic facilities and neat rooms. Staff are super accomodating, friendly, but most importantly genuine. Great location, where you are on the fringe of the busy city, but a very short free tram ride straight to the city centre passing connecting train stations on the way. Or if you like to be active, walk along the waterfront for the scenic view. 10/10. Can’t fault this hotel! Will be back!

AC was not working properly. Not a good view and room. Have to call so many times asking for slippers and toothbrush and still no phone call answered. Very poor service and hospitality. Wont recommend anyone

Great location, near free trams to the city, and many restaurants and shops closeby. Rooftop swimming pool definitely the highlight
