Hotel simples e... mentiroso. Anuncia serviço de quarto 24 horas. Está na página da internet, no folheto no quarto, no papelzinho grudado no telefone. Pois eu cheguei no quarto perto das 23:00, liguei no número do room service para pedir uma água (não tem no quarto) e não fui atendido. Liguei na recepção e o atendente simulou espanto, dizendo que ia alertar a gerência sobre a informação incorreta, já que NÃO há serviço de quarto à noite. É uma enganação deliberada. Lembro que é um hotel em São Carlos. É comum descer em Viracopos já de noite, pegar mais de duas horas de estrada e chegar no hotel já cansado - e depois do horário de funcionamento dos restaurantes. Ter ou não ter serviço de quarto faz muita diferença. Fora isso, o hotel é feio e sem graça, mas limpinho. A decoração puxa para o brega na recepção e é inexistente no quarto. O chuveiro é OK, mas o shampoo que eles oferecem tem um cheiro estranhíssimo. Comi um lanche no restaurante, numa tarde, e foi talvez o pior cheeseburger da minha vida. O café da manhã é péssimo, com um pão de péssima qualidade e o café, propriamente dito, pior ainda. Eu teria dado uma avaliação ligeiramente mais alta, mas a fraude nos serviços anunciados é muito grave.
