ไม่มีโต๊ะให้เราวางของ เลยวางทุกอย่างไว้บนเตารีด 😪 ห้องก็เต็มไปด้วยมดด้วย คาดว่าห้องจะเหมือนกับห้องอื่นๆ ของโรงแรม แต่น่าแปลกใจตรงที่ห้องอยู่ในบ้านแต่แยกออกทางประตู (ไม่รู้จะอธิบายยังไงดี)

จองครั้งแรกที่นี่และเราไม่พอใจจริงๆ อัตราค่าห้องพักไม่สมเหตุสมผล จองอพาร์ทเมนต์ 2 ห้อง แม้ว่าอพาร์ทเมนท์จะสามารถรองรับผู้เข้าพักได้มากกว่า 6 คน แต่เราต้องจ่ายค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่มเติม RM53 ต่อคน (ไม่มีเตียงเสริม) เนื่องจากห้องนี้สำหรับ 4 คนเท่านั้น เพราะเจ้าหน้าที่จะคอยติดตามว่ามีคนเข้าไปกี่คน และเขาจะมอบสลิปเล็กๆ ให้คุณเพื่อเช็คอินที่เคาน์เตอร์ เมื่อเช็คอิน แผนกต้อนรับจะตรวจสอบการจองของปีและมอบบัตรผ่านของผู้เยี่ยมชมรถยนต์ให้กับคุณ ไม่เช่นนั้นรถของเราไม่สามารถจอดข้างในได้และอาจถูกยึดและเรียกเก็บเงิน @ RM250!!! กระท่อมบาร์บีคิวต้องเช่าที่ RM359!! แม้ว่าคุณจะนำชุดบาร์บีคิวมาเอง แต่คุณไม่ได้รับอนุญาตให้ใช้มัน! เราพยายามโทรหาที่พักที่เราจองไว้แต่ไม่มีคำตอบ ฉันไม่แนะนำสำหรับวันหยุดของครอบครัวที่นี่ เพราะราคาแพง! ถ้าคุณพักสำหรับ 2 คนก็ไม่เป็นไร หากเป็นครอบครัว คุณต้องจ่ายต่อคน โดยรวมแล้วไม่แนะนำ ไปโลตัสเดซารูดีกว่า เพื่อนของฉันบางคนเคยประสบปัญหาเดียวกันมาก่อน แต่ดูเหมือนว่าฝ่ายบริหารไม่ได้ปรับปรุงให้ดีขึ้น วันหยุดที่เลวร้ายที่สุดที่เราเคยมี

ห้องมีกลิ่นเชื้อราและมดก็เกิดขึ้น

A bit old, family room should have two toilet instead of one,environment ok,most like is the beach .

The room is clean and huge (for us two), the toilet is okay, aircond and hot water were functioning well. Got a room with balcony. Went on weekdays, so less people. Have private beach, but closed at night (which I wish it opens at night). I love that this place is so private, 8-10 mins from the city, 35-40 mins to Pengerang. Overall, okay 8/10!

The hotel is very comfortable and cheaper. Suitable for big families and friends for family day. Fun for family activities or friends in the swimming pool. Room very close to the sea, can walk from pool to the sea.

Tiara Desaru have direct access to the beach and very big pool. this is the best things for my kids. the breakfast need to be improve. i went there during public school holiday so there is so many people.

The hotel charged extra rm54 per adults (my kids over 12 years) without providing pillows, blankets etc. in other words they charged us for nothing. Will not come back to this hotel in the future. Paying with that amount of money can have better facilities as in Lotus Beach Resort. Moreover breakfast for 2 persons also provided in Lotus. As a conclusion, I don’t recommend this hotel for all especially those who have kids more than 12 yo.

It was good experience. Some building need new look. And maintain some facilities as well.

The location is quite far from the town and quite hard to get grab as nearby got nothing. Amenities are clean but quite limited. The beach is very big and clean. Not much of service to use.

The staff was so friendly, helpful Room is clean, just sad only the TV is not function well as only few channel can view .. But overall my staying is so enjoying and very memorable, coz this Tiara residence plc is just near to the beach.... Nice place to stay.. will come back again 👍👍👍

With its own beach and very privacy. The beach is clean. The room is big

Have a little dust in the floor room. There is water in front of the lift. No phone in the room. No chain lock at the door. Anyway, the beach is near & have a nice view.
