WIFI connection is not good. Sometimes I just can't download the emails.

We appreciated being allowed to check in early. We took the shuttle into the airport to catch the train into downtown. It was nice to have that option. The breakfast to order was good. Overall a very comfortable stay. Nice staff.

I stayed twice and will stay in future. This is in very convenient location to airport. Their shuttle service is exceptional. Nice restaurant in next door.

Overall the hotel was okay for the price. Only bad experience we had was no matter how high the thermostat was, the room was extremely cold!!!

Something that I wasn’t made aware of was that the restaurant was outside of the building and not inside like it stated on the ******* app. As well as being able to hear other people talk loudly outside of the room

This is a very reliable place to stay: clean, friendly, safe, and quite comfortable. In the plus column, the staff is wonderful and a free breakfast is often included in one's room rate. In the minus column, when I booked my room, my rate had a notation that said "Includes Taxes and Fees." That turned out not to be true--when the front desk staff gave me my parking pass there was no mention of any fee, yet I got dinged by a $15/night parking fee, at checkout. The very ample, outdoor parking lot was never more than half full, so I have no idea why they were even charging for parking, much less omitting that fact. Everything else was great, but that particular policy seems inconsistent with the otherwise high quality of this hotel.

Facility was nice except the bathroom was way too small. Staff were helpful and friendly. If the bathroom was bigger we would probably stay there again.
