The stay was excellent. The hotel had a very fast and efficient check in process. The room was a lot larger than expected which was definitely a welcome surprise. The place was very quiet and the staff were a big help. We accidentally misread the checkout time for our room while we were out for brunch. When we got to the hotel and our key cards stopped working, one of the staff members went out of her way to get us into our room so we could collect our belongings. I would also like to mention the greeting card that the staff left for us in the room at check in. Those little touches are the things that really elevate the experience. Highly recommend, would love to stay again!

Avoid This Hotel – Zero Compassion for Guests in Emergencies I had a reservation for 3 nights at this hotel but was unable to check in because my flight was canceled due to a severe winter storm. Despite providing proof of the flight cancellation and the uncontrollable circumstances, the hotel refused to reimburse me or offer any form of assistance. This level of inflexibility and lack of empathy is unacceptable, especially in situations beyond a guest's control. Travelers need accommodations that understand the unpredictability of travel, not establishments that prioritize profits over people. If you value customer service and peace of mind, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. This hotel clearly doesn’t care about its guests once they have your money.

This was a unique experience for us. Everything done through email and contactless check-in without a hotel counter, but a place to log in and make keys. That said, there was staff at the restaurant on the first floor that were available to help if we had issues. The room was decorated nicely and bed was comfy. The neighborhood is full of restaurants and very walkable. I think the best restaurant might be in the hotel itself. They had great bartenders (fabulous espresso martinis and the smoked old fashioneds looked incredible too) and the food looked delicious. Looked like an upscale dining option. We were getting picked up by friends so asked for a late checkout since we had nowhere to put our bags. They easily accommodated us. Great option in the Highlands.

Very clean, comfortable and conveniently located. Would definitely recommend this place if your visiting Denver!

What a gorgeous place to stay! Lovely decor, comfortable bed and brilliant shower, great bar.

We checked in really late and was able to work with the staff through the app to coordinate a late check in.

This hotel is nice, clean, and in a fun neighborhood with lots of great restaurants nearby. The hotel is small (probably about 15 rooms) and does not have a front desk or many amenities you would find at most hotels. However, it is above a fantastic restaurant and has very spacious rooms.

Definitely enjoyed my stay. Everything was amazing. Beds were comfortable. The handwritten note was a nice added touch.

Exceeded every expectation, beautiful niche hotel, luxury bunk beds for the kids, beautiful amenities, nespresso machine, daily housekeeping without begging, and in the middle of a hip neighborhood. Incredible value for the price.
