A+ only thing that could have been better was the shower! I prefer to have a bathtub to relax in!

Room was clean and had everything I needed. The staff were pleasant. The bed had a huge dip that was very uncomfortable. I stayed here because the airport shuttle is available 24/7 upon request. Just allow plenty of time because neither to nor from the airport was timely. I waited an hour at the airport and 30 minutes late at the hotel.
Pick up the shuttle outside baggage claim on the west side (which has red signs), door 512, walk straight out to island #3.

The worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. I waited over an hour in near-zero temperatures for a shuttle, and only got to the property because of a shuttle driver for another property who had seen me waiting while making multiple trips to the airport.

You can put lipstick on a pig but it is still a pig! The lobby and rooms were pretty clean but getting in our room was a nightmare! The lock system is messed up. It would take 16-20 times of swiping the room card to get it to finally open. I asked the front desk person to give me new cards and she just re-did the cards we had. They still didnt work so im thinking it was the lock system itself. Also the door handle hung lower than the other rooms door handles like it was broken.
Our toilet was clogged and we asked 3 separate times for someone to provide a plunger to fix it. After the third time the front desk told us they did not have one and offered to switch our room ( this was late the second night after we had come back from being out all day). I had asked on the second morning if there was a problem with the hotels plumbing because even the lobby restroom toilets were not working proper. I was told that they were aware of the problem and it would be Monday before it would be looked at ( this was on Saturday morning). I had been using the lobby toilets since Friday night and my room was on the second floor!

If soggy socks are your jam, I highly recommend room 510! Not many people do though. The carpet was soaking wet from the entry way and along the bed. Talked to the front desk and was told they would let the general manager know. No idea if that happened because there wasn’t a soul at the front desk while we waited for our shuttle. Oh… yeah… if you need to be at the airport by a certain time you should take one WAY earlier shuttle because our 5:30 shuttle was actually at almost 6:00!

The hotel was very run down. All elevators were broken which made it very difficult to transport our luggage. The sofa bed mattress was horrible and the springs were almost poking through. The breakfast was put away at 8am which prevented us from eating before we left. Also had to pay extra for the sofa bed when that was what I had originally booked. When I expressed concerns the desk clerk showed no sympathy and simply said to call the manager.
