The ambience is not good. Very poor maintenance and the room doesn't even have a landline for contacting reception. Food is too bad. The only good thing here are that attendants are helpful. Will never ever book this again

Inter-con facility inserted after my check-in on request cleaning is not good lighting is not proper maintained

In the bathroom water leakage from sealing and need more cleaniness room service delayed but food is good

Nice stay good views staff was good, food was great we are enjoying our stay thanks to make my trip

Location is near the main road, old style building, was cleaned but washroom wasn't sanitized. No soap or shampoos provided, no tea coffee sachets or electric kettle provided in the room. The gyser wasn't in working condition. Less amenities provided for this price range.

Food was good. It was costlier. Better services can be provided with this money. Led was not working. Mobile phone was not working.

Bad room lights, tiles on floor broken. Had to change room because no geyser in bathroom. Bathroom fittings so badly maintained looks so yuk to even touch. No staff with them, person available is not ready to pick the briefcase also.

During my stay my room was not clean and they are not responding to resolve, and also when i demand for water they did not serve me. It's was a very bad and poor stay of my life

Location was good. Except that the stuff, the room, the food everything were terrible. Complementary breakfast was not even given, though the charge difference was near-about 600 without breakfast. Makemy trip should not include these type of cheap hotels and tag it as three star. This hotel doesnt even count in single star.
