Overall, it is a good experience staying in The Luzerne. We find it friendly to ladies, e.g., providing lavender night eye mask. The front desk is helpful, especially 小曾 and 小许. The hotel also offers free factory tour, DIY mug/plate painting at a special price and a retail shop featuring its crockery.

good location with tidy room, we will stay at the same hotel for our next trip.

The room including the toilet, is spacious. Fruits are sent to room every day and breakfast is good too. Stay includes a free ceramic factory tour and there is a ceramics shop inside hotel too.

I recently stayed at The Luzerne hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, making check-in smooth and quick. The room was clean, well-appointed.

Nice modern hotel. Staff is helpful, friendly and attentive. See the history of porcelain factory is interesting. Everything shows a high awareness of quality. Even the breakfast is good. We ordered a dinner and it was very tasteful with extra fruit for free. The afternoon high-tea must’ve had.

Staff were very nice and room was good for value. Room was clean but gym facility is quite not enough. Better increase some machine like bike or something.

完全超預期的一家酒店～房間寬敞乾淨到讓人驚喜，床品柔軟舒適，衞生間的洗護用品品質在線，連隱形掛繩這種小細節都考慮到了。前台帥哥美女超熱情，不僅提前溝通入住需求，還贈送了歡迎水果～酒店地理位置優越，可以免費參觀自家陶瓷工廠，毗鄰陶瓷街，出行超方便～

1.房間很大，床品挺舒服，也挺新。 2.房間可以點餐，雖然早餐很一般，但點的餐意外的好吃。 3.親子可以參觀工廠和DIY，小孩很喜歡還有教育意義。 4.我在一樓陶瓷商店淘了很多好物，如果要便宜點的，有一個區域在搞特價，仔細挑還是很多好看的。 5.服務都挺好的，機器人服務也不錯。
