โรงแรมใกล้กับ Het vlonderpad Huis ter Heide, De Moer

I booked this hotel again as we’ve liked it on previous trips for the Efteling. On this occasion we found the room to be very good with comfy beds, nice bedding, clean and stylish. What I would wish for at this price is some tea and coffee making facilities. It is ridiculous to have to go to the reception and buy coffee when you’ve paid quite a lot for the hotel. In the evening we ate in the hotel as a large group made up of 3 families. The food was excellent however when we came to pay we were very surprised that we could not split the bill. The bill was €200 so obviously no one wants to pay for all of that! We wanted to make one payment per family ie 3 payments to clear the bill. The staff member said we had to make only one payment in total because we had all sat together. She was a bit rude and we all found this very odd.

เราต้องการโรงแรมในคืนก่อนการเดินทางไปยัง Efeteling ดังนั้นสิ่งนี้จึงตรวจสอบกล่องทั้งหมดเพราะมันง่ายที่จะขับรถไปยังสวนสนุก โรงแรมที่ Fletcher ไม่เคยทําให้ผิดหวังเมื่อเราไปเนเธอร์แลนด์ โรงแรมนี้เกินความคาดหมายของเราได้อย่างง่ายดาย มันอยู่บนถนนที่อยู่อาศัยที่มีต้นไม้ใหญ่ในเมืองที่สวยงาม หากคุณพยายามตั้งรกรากในชั่วข้ามถนนระฆังโบสถ์อาจทําให้คุณรู้สึกหงุดหงิดเล็กน้อย เรามาถึงในช่วง คลื่นความร้อน และไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศในห้องทําให้มันเป็นคืนที่ค่อนข้างเหนียวหนึบ ที่จอดรถมีมากมายไม่ว่าจะเป็นฝั่งตรงข้ามถนนหรือด้านข้างของโรงแรม มี 'Jumbo' ขนาดใหญ่ ซูเปอร์มาร์เก็ตที่ปลายถนน เดิน 10 นาทีง่าย ๆ ซึ่งเป็นโบนัสเพื่อให้เราสามารถเก็บเงินได้และไม่ต้องจ่ายค่า สวนสาธารณะ สําหรับของว่างในวันถัดไป สถานที่ของโรงแรมได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดีและตัวโรงแรมเองก็สะอาดมากและห้องพักของเราก็สะอาดมากเช่นกัน เป็นการดีที่ได้นั่งข้างนอกและดื่มเครื่องดื่มบาร์ บาร์มีเบียร์ชั้นดีในราคาที่สมเหตุสมผล พนักงานอบอุ่นยินดีต้อนรับและทํางานหนักมาก

Great restaurant and wellness and also the rooms are nice and most of them have a balcony. Pretty expensive rooms (I’m uses to travel to Qatar,Dubai and Miami, so I know what good hygiëne,service and luxury is. The beds and theme rooms are awesome. The’re are not dayrooms, it’snt possible to book. Roomservice is ridiculise high, I’d rather tip the employee myself.

We zijn hier komen logeren met de opening van het hotel in 2018 en viel wat tegen vooral organisatorisch (kinderziektes) en onafgewerkte ruimtes. Nu 6 jaren later zijn we hier voor de 2de maal tijdens ons weekendje te Tilburg. Begon al in mineur toen we een nogal ongeïnteresseerde en zakelijke receptiebediende ons aansprak. Zeer welkom voelden we ons niet. We kregen kamer 409 op het vierde verdiep. Zeer ruime kamer met alles erop en eraan. Prachtige badkamer met inloopdouche en ligbad. Alles was zeer netjes. Fantastische bedden en kussens. Grote flatscreen, ijskast, koffie -en theefaciliteiten. Wel 2 minpuntjes : geen water aanwezig op de kamer en de Nespresso was defect. Gelukkig is er een kleine selfservice in de inkomhall waar je van alles kan aanschaffen. Wat een mooi hotel is dit toch. Heel gezellig ingericht en zo super stil. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van de welness, wel even gaan kijken op de zevende verdieping en ziet er allemaal prima uit. Tijdens ons eerste bezoek waren deze ruimtes nog niet afgewerkt. Ook hebben we, na het lezen van de vele revues wijselijk gekozen om uit te eten in Tilburg zelf. Het ontbijt was wel van goede kwaliteit en de tafels werden deze keer op tijd afgeruimd. Ons t****e verblijf was heel wat positiever dan ons eerste bezoek en hierdoor komen we zeker nog eens terug naar dit hotel als we in de buurt zijn. Tips : een Nespresso machine wacht op een onderhoudsbeurt op kamer 409 (loopt niet goed door) en doe iets aan de vriendelijkheid van uw onthaalteam want zij zijn het eerste gezicht van een hotel. (incheck : vrijdag 08/03 rond 13u00)

When staying at the hotel we couldn’t fault it. Children stay free if sharing a room, and we had booked to visit Efteling. We didn’t realise but our stay coincided with carnival, for this reason I think we were allocated a room at the back of the hotel (as I can imagine those front facing would be very noisy - there is a huge stage directly in front of the hotel at this time, as well as many food vans and outside bars etc - not that any of this worried us). So our room was on the 5th floor at the rear with a direct view of the multi story car park! (But we didn’t book for a view!). The room was well equipped with a comfy bed and a seperate shower and toilet. Everything was very clean. The only issue I would say regarding the rooms is that they were very dark so it was hard to see your items in the wardrobe. Not a big deal! The staff on reception were really helpful and chatty, and gave us lots of advice. It’s super easy to reach Efteling from here, we walked to the coach station (just by the train station) and there were regular buses. Again children travel free. You could walk to the station in about 10-15 mins. The shopping streets are very close to the hotel, and nice for a stroll - plenty of places to eat etc. we enjoyed backwerk bakery just a couple of shops down from the hotel, they did fresh smoothies and juices and lovely fresh sandwiches. Perfect for brunch/lunch. There is a Taco Bell next to the hotel! My son wanted to try it but we didn’t get chance! The issue for us came out check out, our flight wasn’t until the evening so we asked to use the secure luggage room for our case so we could enjoy our last day. We came back to the hotel to pick up our bag, and make our way to the airport. I was let in to the luggage room to get our case, but it had gone. The staff didn’t know what to do, apart from check and speak to other staff members. Eventually I asked to see the manager as we really needed to leave (fortunately we had been sensible and kept our passports and money etc on us). And I was asking for something in writing to say they had “lost” our case - as I didn’t feel comfortable just leaving with no proof (they also wanted to take the luggage receipts - I think because they wanted to figure out what had happened). The manager was “checking the CCTV” but upon our second request did come out and see us. She did apologise for the case going missing (after a long time!! More hearing about how strange this was?!?) and said if it “wasn’t found” they would replace it. At this point I was getting concerned about travelling home without any of our things, especially with my son, for example some warmer clothes, his switch!! I felt the customer service here was lacking, there was no gesture here - could they assist us getting to the airport for example - She did offer to go to the shop but by this point we were cutting it so fine to get to the airport / which we said to her! We have no time now! It was very disappointing a

Great stop for one night. Typical Ibis with little storage space but enough for a small amount of luggage. Comfortable bed, nice shower room, good water pressure and decent air conditioning. There was a kettle in the room (not always in Holland) but small paper cups - china cups would have been a nice touch. Breakfast was good although it did feel as if we were in a pub environment. Great location. Not far off the motorway but on a quiet industrial estate with lots of trees. Free parking. Can definitely recommend for a stop whilst travelling.
