จริงๆแล้วเรารู้สึกเหมือนเราพักอยู่ในโมเทลริมถนนไม่ใช่รีสอร์ทระดับ 4 ดาวบนเกาะ การบริการแย่มาก - ลืมคำสั่ง คิดราคาแพงเกินไป และเพิกเฉย ห้อง-สีลอก พื้นสกปรก ไม่มีพัดลมดูดอากาศในห้องน้ำ แผนกต้อนรับ - พูดกับพวกเขาเกี่ยวกับปัญหาซ้ำแล้วซ้ำเล่า ไม่เคยพูดถึงเลย การดูแลทำความสะอาด - จำเป็นต้องขอให้พวกเขาทำความสะอาดห้องของเราอย่างต่อเนื่อง แต่ก็ยังไม่เกิดขึ้น อาหารเช้า - แย่มาก ๆ บางวันพวกเขาไม่มีนมถั่วเหลืองหรืออัลมอนด์และวันหนึ่งใน 6 พวกเขามีขนมปังที่ปราศจากกลูเตน แต่ไม่มีเครื่องปิ้งขนมปัง gf กิจกรรมทางน้ำ/กิจกรรมทางน้ำ - ทางใต้ของเกาะทางใต้นั้นค่อนข้างเก่าและเกมก็เก่าและบางเกมก็ทำด้วยมือ Lovers cove เป็นจุดที่อร่อยที่สุด อยากเห็นบาร์จริงที่นั่น และไม่ใช่โต๊ะขาหยั่ง และบริเวณรอบๆ สระว่ายน้ำก็ดี แต่บาร์ริมสระเปิดให้บริการตั้งแต่ 23.00 น. - 15.00 น. เท่านั้น และไม่มีบริการอาหาร และค็อกเทลขึ้นอยู่กับส่วนผสมที่มีอยู่ เช่น ไม่มีโมจิโต้ เพราะพวกเขาไม่มีมะนาว! การเดินก็ดี การพายเรือคายัค สระน้ำ และอ่าวของคู่รัก โดยรวมแล้วเราใช้เงินเป็นจำนวนมากสำหรับประสบการณ์ที่ไม่ดี น่าผิดหวังจริงๆ เมื่อพิจารณาถึงโอกาสที่พวกเขาต้องทำให้เป็นประสบการณ์ที่ยอดเยี่ยม

โอ้ นั่นเป็นเกาะที่สวยงาม! ธรรมชาติที่ยอดเยี่ยม - วอลลาบี, ผีเสื้อ, นก, ชีวิตในทะเลที่อุดมสมบูรณ์ สถาปัตยกรรมล้ำสมัยของเอเทรียม แนวปะการังเทียมที่คุณสามารถสำรวจสายพันธุ์เดียวกับขณะดำน้ำตื้นบนแนวปะการังจริงที่อยู่นอกชายหาด แต่มีมุมมองที่ใกล้ชิดยิ่งขึ้น :) ค็อกเทลอาจจะดีขึ้นเล็กน้อย แต่นั่นเป็นข้อร้องเรียนเพียงอย่างเดียว ปะการังใต้เท้าของคุณบนชายหาดกำลังส่งเสียงเหมือนระฆังขนาดเล็ก ฟรีอุปกรณ์ดำน้ำตื้น ประสบการณ์ที่ดีตั้งแต่วินาทีแรกที่คุณก้าวลงจากเรือข้ามฟากจนกระทั่งคุณขึ้นเรือ แนะนำให้ใช้เวลาบนเกาะอย่างแน่นอน ถ้าคุณรักธรรมชาติในขณะที่อยู่ในความสะดวกสบาย และใช่ สถานที่นี้ไม่สามารถอินสตาแกรมได้ :)

Beautiful tropical island. Hotel service and food was amazing. They have free snorkeling. I once visited Yasawa islands in Fiji. This place is not too different. Very nice views. Excellent staff. I would recommend a 2 to 3 night stay for leisurely travellers who just want to relax. If you're a sightseeing traveller, you can see the sights easily through a one night stay

The first room was terrible, dirty even the sheets. Curtains were disgusting, with drinks stains. Second room that they changed was better. But overall, the resort should not call itself resort, from 3 pm you don’t find anything for eat, so if you want to have late lunch be careful. Note that they don’t have smart TVs (consider themselves as a 4 start resort it is necessary). Just local channels and some movies, if you don’t speak English for sure this is not the hotel for you. The last complaint is about room service. They never pick up for that, and when I finally got someone in the line, they told me room service was until 8 pm. Not good for price and absolutely not worthy as 4 star resort. Hoping the Chinese owner improves this because not in the same quality as any other resort in the Whitsundays despite the beautiful island

After reading very mixed reviews, we went ahead and booked it. The result: very mixed feelings. The location was beautiful, the sights breathtaking, the animals adorable, but when it came to actually spending time there, there wasn’t much to do. We arrived on a later ferry so we knew we wouldn’t have much time to enjoy the sun after arrival, however because of a mix up, our suitcases went missing for an hour making us miss any chance of getting in the pool while it was hot out. After, we went for dinner. There are only 2 restaurants available, and without making a reservation before hand, it’s a bit hard to go when you want. The food was ok, but expensive as one would expect from a place like this. Once dinner was finished, the evening entertainment (Alice in Wonderland screening) was already underway and we found ourselves with nothing to do at 9pm. Early night for us. The following day we planned a day of snorkelling, stingray feeding and kayaking. We appreciated the free snorkel gear as well as the clear safety instructions and recommendations of the lifeguard. The sting Ray feeding experience was amazing and it was clear the staff knew what they were talking about and were passionate about the animals. Kayaking and other water sports were cancelled however because of the high winds, leaving us, once again, with nothing to do. Early dinner (very entertaining moment with wallabies attempting to steal our food and being super cuddly), a walk around the beach, movie in the room, and early bedtime. So all in all, beautiful location with great experiences of the weather allow, make sure to bring some entertainment if the water is too cold to swim in the pool or the weather turns sour. Maybe a book or some board games? Also: if you want food in the late afternoon, make sure you bring some snacks as there is a limited selection available.

I think overall it was good to stay.....the service was great. The staff were great as they all greet me with a smile and very helpful. Overall I had a wonderful experience. The only problem was the cups in the toilet I found some marks, luckily I had some Dettol wipes. So just that little bit of problem. Otherwise overall experience is great!

Best resort to stay and best place for family and couple vocation. Beautiful room and amenities, amazing swimming pools in front of the beach. Good view restaurant with variety of cuisine type. Highly recommended.

Really happy. Very beautiful island and resort service very good. Suitable for family trip. And trip app is very convenient. Plan for next holiday.

We enjoyed the accommodation. The restaurants were a little expensive. The reef was in a poor state however the island and beaches were beautiful.

Great place with very friendly staff, super clean. Nice restaurants. Everything was great except breakfast, tiypical Aussie style white toast bread, fruit was gone very quickly, had to pay for coffee . Cheeses selection made up for cheap quality breakfast.

We had a very warm welcome and thought everyone was very friendly and helpful. Room was lovely and the food was good. Only thing we did not enjoy was the fire alarms going off in the middle of the night 2 out of 3 nights we stayed. I could accept it happening once as it, as faults happen, but the second night, being woken at 2:30am by alarms was not ok. It took a long time to get our young boys back to sleep. My eldest also has anxiety and he has been fixating on the alarms as it has clearly affected him.

非常非常差勁的一個酒店。白日夢島上就這一個酒店，真的不建議來。這個酒店30年了，設施太老舊了，空調噪音巨大，沒法睡覺，換房也沒用，其他房間空調不製冷。白日夢島是被一箇中國老闆買了，來島上的基本上都是中國人，可是整個酒店沒有一箇中文服務的員工。酒店就一個餐廳，東西巨難吃，服務員態度也巨差，像你欠他錢一樣。對中國人不太友好，出門旅行，最怕這種讓你心情不好的服務。不建議來。

白日夢島不大，但是非常愜意，從漢密爾頓島到白日夢的船班次很多～就很方便！我們坐的最後一班船登白日夢島，還給我們每人發了一串小海螺做的項鍊。工作人員熱情，早餐豐富。隨處可見的袋鼠和叢石鴴，池塘裏有小沙魚，魟魚……整體感覺很好！！！ 避坑重點：要是想從漢密爾頓島玩或者坐飛機，住宿選擇在其他小島上，千萬不要住在長島，從漢密爾頓島出發根本沒有直達到長島的船，得在Shute港倒船，而且班次特別少。（花費了整半天時間詢問，各種打電話才要的交通路線，真是讓人煩躁，因為漢密爾頓島上已經沒有空房間了，真怕露宿在島上）。我們是坐飛機落地漢密爾頓島，訂的長島住宿，第二天返回漢密爾頓島坐直升機看心形礁，而長島出發的最早班次是早8點發船到Shute Harbour，如果去入住，第二天得等到下午5點半才能到漢密爾頓島～我的天啊！當時真是信了那家酒店的評價説水上巴士很方便🐶🐶🐶我們衹能被迫放棄去長島入住，馬上訂了白日夢島上的住宿。最後一張班次表是我在漢密爾頓島輪渡碼頭拍攝的，大家可以參考。個人感覺長島像是被被孤立的，不像是同一個旅遊公司開發的，房費不能退款～至使我們白白浪費了長島2晚住宿費，況且島與島之間的船費也不便宜，大家訂酒店時也要考慮進去哦！值得一提的是～白日夢小島重新給了我們度假的好心情！！！希望寫這麼多會幫助到大家！畢竟出去玩一次誰也不想這麼糟心。
