Our rooms were spacious and had all basic amenities plus more. The hotel staff were excellent throughout our stay. They made us feel welcome. A special mention to all staff we interacted with daily...the list is long but i will try...Ahmed,Annax2,Hassani,Ernest,Happiness,Olivia,Gervas,Khadija,Sharifa,Zakia,Zawadi,Siwena,Joshua,Joseph,Vera,Revocutus,Patricia.......sorry if i left anyone out.

โรงแรมเงียบสงบ. ย่านน่าเดิน. อาหารเช้าและบริการดีเยี่ยม. ร้านอาหารมีให้เลือกใกล้ๆ ห้องพักสวยแต่มีฝักบัวรั่วเล็กน้อยและมียุงบ้าง.

ทําเลดี เดินสิบห้านาทีจากทะเล แม้อยู่ใน CBD พนักงานบริการดีและสุภาพ อาหารเช้าค่อนข้างดี ห้องอาหาร 360 องศา ชั้นบนสุด ยังห่างจากที่แนะนําอื่นๆ นิดหน่อย ฮาร์ดแวร์โดยรวมเทียบเท่ากับโรงแรมในประเทศ , ตั้งแต่เข้าประตูวันแรก สงสัยว่าไปผิดเอง ล็อบบี้เล็กมาก ฟร้อนท์ พนักงานบริการ ไม่เทียบกับวันหยุดในประเทศ โรงแรมรอบๆ เยอะ ไปเห็นคนอื่นก็รู้ รร อื่นไม่เหมือนนี้ (ไม่เทียบกับ 5 ดาวข้างๆราคาเป็นสองเท่า)

อย่างอื่นดีหมด ทําเลอยู่ยงคงกระพัน วิวท่าเรืออยู่ด้านหน้า! สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกยังค่อนข้างใหม่และเข้าออกได้ง่าย โดยเฉพาะซี่โครงหมูบนชั้น 8 ดีที่สุดจริงๆ! มีปัญหากับบริการห้องน้ํา ฉันขอแปรงสีฟัน 3 ครั้ง และฉันให้เพียงหนึ่งอัน! ผ้าเช็ดตัวหายไปหลังจากใช้ในวันแรก! รองเท้าแตะแบบใช้แล้วทิ้งเป็นครั้งแรกที่ฉันใช้มัน! แบบใช้แล้วทิ้งกลายเป็นระยะยาว! ข้อเสียอีกอย่างคือ wifi ช้าเกินไปและนาฬิกาสีฟ้าที่แสดงอยู่ใต้ทีวีก็พราวเกินไป

เรามีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่โรงแรมเซรีน่า ล็อบบี้เพียงอย่างเดียว สวยมาก เหมาะแก่การนั่งชมผู้คน มีสถานที่ให้หยิบของว่างหรืออาหารหลายแห่ง รวมถึงร้านอาหารแบบบริการเต็มรูปแบบ รวมถึงสปอร์ตบาร์ และคอฟฟี่บาร์ พนักงานตั้งแต่พนักงานยกกระเป๋าไปจนถึงพนักงานเสิร์ฟล้วนผิดปกติ เราเรียนรู้ในการเดินทางครั้งนี้ว่าเมื่อพูดถึงการต้อนรับชาวแทนซาเนียเป็นคนที่ดีที่สุด ในตอนเช้าเรากําลังจะเช็คเอาท์เที่ยวบินของเราไม่ได้ออกจากดาร์เอสซาลามจนถึงเที่ยงคืน พนักงานก้าวข้ามและช่วยให้เราอยู่ในห้องเป็นเวลาหลายชั่วโมงหลังจากเวลาเช็คเอาต์ปกติซึ่งเรารู้สึกขอบคุณมาก เราขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษสําหรับ Rozina ที่ทําให้สิ่งนี้เกิดขึ้น โดยรวมแล้วเรามีช่วงเวลาที่ดี

สถานที่ที่ยอดเยี่ยมกับคนในโรงพยาบาลจริงๆ ห้องพักกว้างขวางและระบายอากาศได้ดีและเตียงอาจเป็นปัญหาเดียวของฉัน .... ห้องคู่ควรมี 5by5 หรือ 6by6 ไม่ใช่เตียงสองเตียงซึ่งทําให้ยากสําหรับผู้ที่อยู่บนเตียงขณะนอนหลับ

We stayed at Hotel Blue Sapphire for two weeks. We love it and highly recommend it! There were three of us and one had his own room while two of us shared a room. It is not far from the airport so a great location. The rooms: we had two beds, a king and a full, no pull out beds. We had plenty of charging stations and a sitting area with two cushioned chairs and a sofa. There was a writing desk, a fridge, and a kettle for boiling water. Great shower and a western toilet (we liked that!). The service: every time the cleaning staff came in they not only made our beds, they cleaned and sanitized the bathroom and left us with plenty of bottled water. They replenished the coffee, tea and powdered creamer. The staff at the front desk were always friendly, despite the many copies requests I sent down to them for our room! There is a business center and a gym. There is also a laundry service. If you drop off your clothes in the morning they bring them to your room that night. The manager is friendly and always asked for feedback and was always helpful. They took great care of us! Security: this hotel has a manned gate and 24 hour armed security officer. We felt safe and were confident that our belongings in our rooms were in good hands. The restaurant: a hot breakfast buffet with eggs to order was included with the room. We typically ate dinner there at the attached Sugar & Spice Restaurant. The hotel has a definite Indian flavor and a large menu of Indian cuisine with a chef specialized in that fare. Despite that, they were sensitive to my cumin allergy. I stayed away from that part of the menu and I was fine. The manager and staff were fantastic every time, with rare hiccups. The food was amazing and we kept coming back! Highly recommend this hotel! Update: Our group stayed here again this year (2023) and my wife came with me this time. I was happy to share this experience with her. We loved our room and the staff. The hotel staff often left little decorations on our bed. Such a sweet touch!

I have been traveling to this beautiful city of Dar es Salam for the past 20 years and have stayed at almost all the hotels and hotel/apartments that rate from 3* to 5*. I have to be honest that many have impressed me and some disappointed me and I could say some have surprised me, but I still had to find one that was 100% on point until I landed at Aura Suites. This place is in a wonderful location of the city, it is central and it can serve business people single or in groups, it could play host to families on short stays or those in transit and would also be ideal for groups of tourists. I happens to pick a one bedroom suite, what I got was jaw dropping and for a very very affordable rate inclusive of breakfast. I had what they call a mini kitchen but to me was a kitchen for a good 2 bedroom apartment anywhere in the world, I got a living room with beautiful furniture and a massive television, a dining room, a guest cloak room, a laundry room and the bedroom was actually even more than my expectation this is a huge en-suite room with a massive TV, closet, and safe box. The furniture and fixtures are all top notch and of high quality. The showers are rain showers with enough water pressure and hot water is always available. They have a roof top bar and restaurant on the 16th floor that gives you an amazing view of the skyline of Dar es salaam, the food was amazing and they have every kind of drink at their bar and all at very competitive reasonable prices. The entire building is immensely neat and clean it may remind you of a military hospital in terms of the precision and attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness and well maintained. Last but not least the staff are friendly, and educated with knowledge of what they are serving in drink or food which at times can be a challenge even in the top 5* hotels in Dar. I was amazed that the top management and managers of the hotel are consistently moving around the place and checking on the services, as I assumed these maybe businessman who are guests but very professional well dressed men would approach me and always ask if I am ok and how was my meal and my breakfast and or if I slept well. All in all they have me as their regular customer and I recommend anybody intending to visit Dar to stay at Aura suites
