I lost my jewelry during my stay and I doubted it was the housekeeping lady who took it because there was no other way I could lost it. My jewelry bag was still there but the jewelry inside was gone. Conversation with the hotel receptionist and housekeeping office manager was exhausting. They didn’t help with anything and they didn’t seem to care about their customers’ property safety. Also, the housekeeping manager’s attitude was really bad. It was disappointing that this hotel cannot guarantee their customers’ property safety during their stay. I finally report to the police. That’s the only thing I can do.

I very much appreciate the courtesy received from Mr.Ricardo, a very kind waiter who works at the hotel: actually I had forgotten in Italy my adaptor to charge phone and He very kindly gifted me his own adaptor!! A very kind gesture! So much appreciated!

Everything about this hotel is incredible. The view, free parking on site, staff highly friendly. Definitely recommend!!!

Hotel needs remodeling

房間中規中矩，早餐每天都一樣，週末有自助早餐，其他時間每人21美元標準有菜單可點餐，牛肉雞蛋卷早餐不錯，強烈推薦，還是黑人會多一些

非常滿意的一次入住體驗！大玻璃落地窗，景觀不錯，房間的樓層也高，如果説缺點，那就是稍微有點不隔音！可能是因為玻璃幕牆的原因吧！

還不錯吧，中規中矩的感覺。
