Our room was amazing, a bit tight but so cozy and so beautifully decorated that the size was not an issue. Being 10 to 15 minutes from downtown Dallas and great food was also a huge plus! I can only say, we truly enjoyed our stay and the friendliness of the staff so much, that we will absolutely stay at this hotel again!!!

The hotel is so quaint and sweet, the decor transports you into another era, beautifully decorated and unique. The rooms are small but darling, however we were put in a room right next to the entry stairs door and early in the morning people just kept slamming it so we didn’t really rest well. The service was just okay front desk didn’t give us any info and we had to walk around ourselves to get to amenities. The location is very odd it’s right in the middle of a neighborhood with homes right next door and an elementary school is right across the streets. They have parking in the back but it’s a tight squeeze it’s mainly for compact cars and street parking is a mess you are sharing with the neighborhood.

We loved this small hotel! The staff was incredible and friendly. The room was very clean and cozy. Good distance to lots of restaurants and bishop arts district, 5 minute uber ride. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean rooms with nice staff. Room next to housekeeping could be loud in the morning but easy to shut out with white noise. Loved the decor and front patio.

This place is adorable and charming. The front staff was so friendly and welcoming. Loved it!

I really enjoyed the property itself. It’s very well-kept and perfectly situated near the great shops and restaurants of the Bishop Arts District. The outdoor area is a lovely highlight and would be a fantastic spot during the summer months. Jerry the Hotel Manager was super friendly. However, I did have a concern regarding security. There is no in-room safe, and unfortunately, our door was left slightly ajar after a cleaning. Since housekeeping is only provided upon request, we had specifically coordinated the service that day, so it was a bit concerning to return and find the room unsecured. When I mentioned this to the front desk, they acknowledged the situation but were a bit dismissive and didn't offer an apology or explanation. As someone who is quite security-conscious when traveling, I found the lack of follow-up disappointing. It’s a beautiful place, but I would have appreciated a bit more reassurance regarding guest safety.

Very cute hotel in a quiet neighborhood. 15min walk from Bishop art district. Easy to go downtown by bus

Super cool, historic hotel. The area was not high end, but it was a very short drive from some great restaurants and nightlife. Perfect stay.
