This might be 5 star for the number of facilities ticked off the list, but it is far from 5 star quality. Manage your expectations before you go as the Melia brand has been devalued in Vietnam by the Vinpearl group.

I had a wonderful stay with my family here. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming. The food is good, the restaurant is beautiful and luxurious. The beach is beautiful and the air is very fresh.

Luxurious hotel with beautiful landscaping. Took a walk to the pool and beach. Great service. Offered to take me around hotel on the buggy which was fun. Massage was good with great promotion ongoing. Limited menu at the restaurant. Great great service from the staff. Greatly appreciated

Mediocre service, lack of coaching! We booked 5 rooms by purchasing vouchers and paid in full in advance. Understand that the room must be “lead in category “hence dare not ask the receptionist for extra privileges, support such as sea view, same floor, connecting rooms, away from noises….etc. Staff attitude was positive in general but easily recognized they lacked of professional training, coaching in many departments… There’s a letter in room, kind of notification in Vietnamese that the hotel has been under some maintenances in order to “enhance guests ‘s satisfaction” and guest may have some unpleasant experiences, and it was true, in deed!!!!! The terrible noise from drill/hammer/breaking the brick… started at 14.30 and finished at 17.00. We called the reception to inform however no improvement. In a summer holiday at the beach, after lunch with a glass of cold beer, we could not have a quick sleep nor doing anything else given the hot weather outside. Tivi did not help cos the said noise was lousier than tivi volume. The resort was not half of occupancy but we were intentionally allocated in the area where noise occurs daily, because of the room rate we paid I believed. For first 2 night 3 days, we enjoyed talking with staff (F&B) but were not fortunate enough to see any sight of hotel management to come by saying hello, (we had lunch/dinner)… not at all!!! Only after I had a serious complaint, we heard their voices... Please do a thorough site check, some of the glass door does not work properly and easy getting broken. In room, many of door stopper did not work well!!!Do not trust in "auto closure" when you get out of the room. When we came back the room after 3 hours trip to Vinh city, my daughter was in side my room and she told us the door remained slightly opened and she came in without any key. The morning of 30 June, they allowed an MPV to enter Villa Area where they put the sign"buggy only" and we, pedestrian had to give the way as the Kia Carnival was on the way to pick up VIP, ohh, the fully aired tire smashed the grass no matter the grass has been taken care by some ladies gardeners. Many other hiccups and I strongly recommend the operator should look in to this immediately, to improve the hotel quality as well as to show respect to hotel guest! Needless to say, with those issues, we can see how professional and responsible the top guy there! I wonder and wonder!!!!!

I just stayed here last week. I came early but receptionist so supportly to give me early check in. Staffs are so friendly. Resort is beautiful. Room is spacous. Food delicous. Will back here soon. Worth to stay.

The product I will tell you about is a new product from the Fresh milk company. It was combined between fruits and fresh milk. It was launched in the Vietnam market and became one of the leading products of the Fresh milk company.

We had a wonderful holiday here. The weather here is great. We were on Tet holiday, so the hotel was decorated very cozy and beautiful. The staff are always warm and hospitable and always support us very enthusiastically, especially the receptionists. We are very happy that we had a wonderful stay here.

It was very nice time for my family. View of rooms are beautiful, clean and good smell everywhere. The service was very helpful and friendly. They always around you and ready to help you. We thank you and hope to come again.

Everything was fine I and my family felt happy Staffs were friendly and supportive Food was delicious and yummy Spa was so great Swimming pool was very beautiful but the weather was too cold, so I couldn’t swim. I certainly come back

Best place ever I really like this hotel. Because it made myselt at home. The satffs are friendly and supportive I like eating foods and cocktails in Merkado Restaurant and fell comfortable when using spa. The reception and manager are very professional. This is best choice for you if you have a plan to travel Once again, I wanna say thanks all of you for giving a great moment

This was the most suitable for family vacations. Love the spa. Buffet food was good as well. The menu had a variety of options both VNese and Western The room was very nice The receptionist and all staff, managers were friendly and professional. High recommend
