My stay at Candle in the Wind was nothing short of amazing. From the moment I arrived, Andrew made me feel genuinely welcome. His kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail created an atmosphere that felt more like home than a guesthouse. The accommodation was clean, comfortable, peaceful, and well maintained. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind while enjoying the beauty of Tobago. Every part of my stay reflected the care and pride Andrew puts into ensuring his guests have a memorable experience. What stood out most was the warm hospitality. Andrew went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and had everything I needed throughout my visit. His friendly nature and willingness to help made my birthday getaway even more special. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and grateful for such a wonderful experience. In walking distance from the airport (about 10 minutes). Extremely friendly and helpful owner. Facilites are good value for the price.

I arrived from Trinidad Thursday morning and return to Trinidad on Friday afternoon my time at Candles In The Wind was not only very accommodating but memorable especially where I had to go to the beach everything was Central and not too far from the guest house the host of The Establishment was very accommodating he was also a Trinidadian like myself so it was like I was back in Trinidad all over again otherwise even though it was October 20 25 last year and I do apologize for now sending this review but I must say I did enjoy my time there, though brief and I would definitely love to go back again. Location, atmosphere, accommodation and value= ✌✌✌✌✌.

Very nice for a quiet getaway or a quick stay. The room I stayed in had a bathroom but there are others without. The kitchen and outside space is shared. (When I went no one else was there at the time) There is a shortcut to walk out to the main road so it was close enough to everything while also being quiet. The bed and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The overall atmosphere of the place was very inviting and friendly. The owner was extremely helpful, pleasant and hospitable. I would definitely stay there again.

One of the coolest hostels in the world I’ve ever visited. I can’t quite explain it, but there was an amazing atmosphere there - such a good, safe vibe, with peace and quiet that really charmed me. On top of that, the owner, Andrew, was incredibly helpful and always available for advice or assistance in finding local services and attractions. The house is huge, the bed was super comfortable, the room was clean, and the location is great, close to the beach and local restaurants. If I come back to Tobago, I will definitely stay there again!

My family and me loved our stay at Candles in the Wind in Crown Point, Tobago! The entire house and our room were very spacious. We loved the shared kitchen and had kind neighbors to chat with here and there. Staying here is so close to everything! Walkable to Store Bay and Shallow's Beach! Pigeon Point beach is a quick cab right away (or a gorgeous walk). Plenty of food options nearby as well as a grocery a 10 min drive down the road. Very accessible. We also felt very safe. We greatly appreciate Andrew's hospitality and I can't wait to return next year with my friends!

Location near downtown Crown Point with great access to food and shops. 15 minute walk from Store Bay and Ten minute walk from Swallows beach and a 30 minutes walk from Pigeon point. I found the beds and room comfortable with air conditioning and everything we needed. The shared kitchen was functional and the other guests were a pleasure to commune with. Andrew was a big help on how to get around and stay safe during our trip!

In February 2026 I spent my 3rd time in Tobago. I stayed in the same accomodation as I did in 2016 and 2017. It's located in Bon Accord, not far from Tobago Int'nal Airport. Candle's owner, Andrew Leekit, offers his guests the option of airport pickup. His guesthouse is a cozy place, close to shops and restaurants, some of which are within walking distance. The house has a self-contained kitchen. The rooms are tidy, clean and functional. Andrew is a very helpful host who always cares for his guests and has good hints for things to do. If I travel to Tobago again, I know where I'll be staying! :-)
