We have stayed at this hotel a number of times, but this was the worst stay yet. We were woken at 7.15 Sunday morning with diggers digging the football pitch right outside our room. Such a shame as the hotel is very comfortable,, the breakfast is one of the best we have had and the staff are very friendly. The hotel were very apologetic and dealt with the issue to our satisfaction.

Shower was filthy had hair in it, breakfast was average, however had to ask for cutlery, mugs, sauce, butter, tables were sticky, however all staff polite and friendly

The friendliness of all the staff from th Reception Lorraine Lizzie and the catering staff Marianne and Marie excellent customer service with a smile

Everything is good apart from toilet too small and toilet is cracked, breakfast option is good but no fried egg!!!

Celebrating Coventry’s league win on the last day of the season so the perfect place to stay. Room was clean and comfy. Would book again.

A nice hotel overall. It would be even better if free parking was available.

Love the Crabtree body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Spacious room with two double bed and one sofa bed. No extra blankets, need to bring along

The room was spacious, much more than I thought that it would be. It was also very clean. As we were out most of the time, we couldn't really get to use any of the facilities, if any in the hotel. As it's right smacked within the Coventry Club Football Arena, I can imagine it being a good accomodation for football fans whenever there's a match. The downside is that it's a little out of the way from the city centre. Unless you have a car, it might not be convenient to go to the city centre from this hotel.

Amazing hotel, great staff and felt like nothing was too much trouble.

Very good location, good room, good service and overall excellent

This hotel was beautiful. I came for my graduation and this was the perfect spot for us. The receptionists were so nice and welcoming. Each room had a view into the stadium which was amazing for my parents who hadn’t seen this before! I would definitely recommend!

Very clean and nice spacious rooms. Staff friendly too

2nd time staying and wont be last

Good location and good size rooms but dated hotels, needs renovation.
