had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. The room was well maintained and had everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Overall, I enjoyed my experience and would be happy to stay here again.

Contemporary hotel conveniently located within easy reach of the A45. Staff are pleasant and all makes for an enjoyable stay. Parking at an additional cost, would prefer it in the room price. Good amenities on site if you have time to use them.

A very nice and friendly hotel! Everything is fine except the remote control of the TV (out of order).

The room was like any other village hotel so got what we expected.  We had room service and even though the food was a little pricey the service was prompt and without any issues.  The hotel was busy and had small signs of wear like pos hanging off the stairs it just needed a little attention to detail.  Restaurant staff seemed nice but needed a little someone on the floor leading the shift as there was a feel things they had to keep going off to find out etc.  Overall it was not a bad trip and having worked and stayed and village it was one of the better experiences I’ve had.

The hotel was clean the staff very helpful and friendly the bed was comfortable and the shower was amazing would definitely stay there again

hotel comfortable and access good

Great spa, bar area and facilities in the room.

Without any notice, the reception changed my room type, putting me in a cramped bed all night. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The sofa is dirty. There is no facial tissue or mineral water in the room. I bought them from the nearby supermarket. The sink’s sewer is broken, and there are no landlines in the room to contact the reception.

Amazing service I had a migraine and the staff were so helpful and accommodating to my needs

Excellent pool and sauna but breakfast could be improved by offering fresh fruits

Good hotel
