Private: property 5'000 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees, meadow, orchard, swimming pool (10 x 4 m, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 28.Mar. - 31.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, pergola, terrace, garden furniture, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. Parking at the house on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, bus stop 6.5 km, railway station "Asti" 15 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Please note: car recommended. The owner does not accept any youth groups. 6-room house 350 m2 on 3 levels. We felt very at home, everything you need is available, very quiet, dream location, very courteous hostess. Suitable for several parties, as there is enough space for retreat. You have to be fit to climb the two to four flights of stairs to the rooms.

Deze vakantievilla ligt op een prachtige locatie bovenop de heuvel in het dorpje Loreto. Het huis is ruim ingedeeld en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ruime slaapkamers, grote eetkamer en zitkamer, vele terrassen en ruime badkamers (deels en-suite badkamers).
