I was here just this last weekend, all the staff have welcomed us like no one as never done before, I felt like at home every minute I spend there! The room, the area, the breakfast....everything was perfect! My room was awesome at the 3rd floor, with an incredibly large bathroom, the breakfast was simply amazing, with a lot of fresh fruits and a great variety of choice, everything organic, and biologic. The last tip I can give is to book directly on their website, the fare is significantly lower than you can find on the net.

พอพนักงานต้อนรับมาถึงด้วยท่าทางแย่และใส่ใจไม่ดี 1GROSERA เราไปกัน 4 คนเราขอเขาเพิ่มผ้าเช็ดตัว(มีแต่มี 2) และน้ําเพิ่มอีก 2 ขวด และไม่ปฏิเสธ เราก็มาพักที่นี่ พนักงานก็พูดจาไม่สุภาพ พนักงานก็พูดจาดี ๆ ห้องพักสะอาดยกเว้นกระจกที่เห็นมีมือของเด็กและจิกจิกตรงหัวมุม คนเดียวที่ใจดีมาก บริการดี และดีมากในการบริการของแม่ครัวที่โหดร้ายมากและแย่มากในการบริการของอาหาร ต่อมามาถึงมี Miss ด้วยชุดและรองเท้าสูงซึ่งเริ่มช่วยไม่กี่นาทีก็หายไป และผมไปตรวจดูสุภาพบุรุษที่มีกระเป๋าซึ่งแย่ลงทุกอย่างเห็นแต่ไม่มีอะไรเลยเขาแค่แวะดื่มชาหรือกาแฟและด้วยท่าทางหยาบคายเขาเห็นโดยไม่ซ่อมแซมไม่ให้ คุณมีที่จอดรถดีมากครับโรงแรมก็โอเคครับ รปภ.เพื่อขึ้นไปห้องพัก

สถานที่แห่งนี้ดีมาก แต่ห้องพักเรียบง่ายมากอย่างน้อยพวกเขามีสิ่งพื้นฐานไม่มีอะไรเลยโคมไฟในกล่องเครื่องอบผ้าและไม่มีเครื่องมือในครัว

Tuve la oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel el año pasado por motivos de trabajo. Me pareció un hotel bastante bueno, que cumple con las expectativas. Habitaciones de buen tamaño y limpias, se puede tener un buen descanso ya que ofrece dos camas matrimoniales. El baño igual con buen espacio, limpio, sale inmediatamente el agua caliente. Nos tocó una habitación con vista a la alberca. La alberca cuenta con una zona de baja profundidad para los pequeños y una zona más profunda. Dicha área cuenta con sillas y mesas con sombrillas en la cual puedes degustar de bebidas que te ofrecen los meseros del bar del restaurante. Las bebidas bastante caras para mi gusto... Nuestro paquete de estadía incluía el desayuno. Los alimentos me parecieron de una calidad regular, muy básico el menú y con poca variedad, pero lograban su cometido que era el llevar algo en el estómago antes de ir a la jornada de trabajo! El diseño y decoración del hotel fue algo de lo que más me gustó. Estilo renacentista desde que entras a la recepción y lobby del hotel, con escaleras y candelabros...muy bonito. Cerca del área de la piscina hay una terraza y un pasillo con muchas plantas y árboles y con la iluminación de la noche también lucía muy bello. La ubicación del hotel me pareció bastante buena, ya que se encontraba en una avenida en la que constantemente pasaba transporte colectivo. โรงแรมสบายมาก สบายมาก เสียดายที่ผิดหวังเริ่มตอนจอง 1 ใบจบด้วยห้องที่มีเสียงดังบ้างเพราะอยู่ชั้น 1 ไปฝั่งลิฟ/ลิฟท์ แต่มันไม่จบตรงนั้น ห้องพัก มี สิ่งเชื่อมต่อ/ของใช้มากมาย สิ่งที่คุณขอบคุณสําหรับวันนี้ แต่ผู้ที่พื้นฐานและพื้นฐาน (ปลั๊กไฟติดเตียงนอน 5 ตัว) ทํางานแล้ว แม้ช่างไฟฟ้าก็พยายามเต็มที่แต่สามารถแจ้งได้แค่ว่า “ปัญหาใหญ่กว่านี้” โรงแรมก็สะดวกสบายและสบายมากๆ

When I booked everything seemed right. When we arrived by taxi we couldnot see any hotel. But we were at the right address. The driver told me that some properties were hidding the fact that they are actually a hotel to avoid paying taxes. The facade certainly looked like one of those. It is a painted wall with a solid gate and nothing else.Upon arriving there is this big patio and the building in the back. Staff seemed courteous. As we arrived early I asked to see the room and it was clean and unoccupied. Very small. The closet area was wasted with dishes for 4 people that could never fit to eat there, I asked the man who took us to the room to please take all those dishes away. On top of that there was a microwave over and a coffee maker on a top shelf. That was so ridiculous. We were in the construction industry nadhave designed several buildings. I looked at the situation and the space for clthing and suitcases was precisely where they so wrongly tried to make an eating area and a ktichenette. There was instead an upper rack with 4 hangers, that was the only area for your clothes and nothing for your suitcases. The hardware for the door is very modern with numbers to open. The floors and bathroom features are new and modern.The sink was outside of the bathroom and the bathroom had a shower and toilet. There were 2 beds and hardly any room around each bed. As a result we had no room to place an open suitcase. We had 2 and a carry-on as we were travelling for 2 planned months. I basically had one suitcase on the bed and the other one on the floor. But if I wanted to be on the other side of that bed I had to climb the bed. The view from the room was the roof of other properties. There were death plants in the planters in the exterior. I had to make many calls to make sure that was cancelled with a full refund except for the one night we spent there. When we arrived the staff was told not to let us in the room until pass 3:00 p.m. although the room was ready an unoccupied. We had arrived from Medellin Colombia, we were tired. One guest owned a small dog that kept of barking. That was definetely in the hotel. It does have an elevator thanks God. I did not have a chance to take pictures of the room because I was too busy buying a SIM card for my cell and making calls to demand a cancellation of the reservation and a full refund -with the exception on the one night- and looking for antoher hotel to stay.
