Pongo 1 estrella por no poner la posibilidad de poner 0. En principio se denominan ellos mismos un 3 estrellas superior, que de superior tiene las escaleras de cristal y la puerta giratoria nada mas. Pongo ésta reseña aquí ya que veo que los propietarios se toman su tiempo en contestar y me gustaría ver su respuesta a mi estancia. Reservo una habitación cuádruple 4 días y 3 noches para mi mujer, mis dos niñas adolescentes, nuestro bebé y yo. En principio todo por las fotos y por las llamadas que realizé a la hora de reservar la estancia parecía genial y escogimos éste hotel por la cercanía a puntos de nuestro interés de nuestras vacaciones. Quiero deciros que nos habéis amargado casi toda la estancia allí. A la hora de entrar por primera vez a la habitación nos encontramos con un olor a cerrado y a humedad insoportable y todo lleno de polvo lleno de suciedad pero a tal extremo de ir a la farmacia a comprar pastillas para la alergia a los ácaros y al polvo. La habitación parece la de una prisión tercermundista, los colchones de unos muelles de los que se hacían hace 40 años que los compras por 10 euros en un rastro. No me podían poner una cuna por la razón de que NO CABÍA!!!!! Imaginaros ya de por sí, si no cabe una minicuna, como pueden vender una habitación denominada CUÁDRUPLE cuando no tienes sitio ni para abrir las maletas???Cuando entramos lo primero que hago como cualquier persona creo yo es encender la climatizacion, solo con tocar un boton se desmonto entero de la pared como podéis apreciar en las fotos adheridas a esta reseña. Lo intento poner bien y logro encajarlo a su sitio, solo te deja bajar hasta 18 grados, pero aunque te lo ponga en la pantalla echa aire a la temperatura que le de la gana al hotel por la rejilla que mas que aire lo que hace es que te llena la habitación de mas polvo del que ya tenia por si. Lo mas gracioso por llamarlo de alguna manera es que quise llamar a recepcion pero el telefono que habia en una mesa llena de mugre tenia el cable cortado pero lo dejan ahi de recuerdo digo yo vamos pero bueno, bajo yo mismo a la recepción a comunicarle que no entendia el funcionamiento de la caja fuerte y la respuesya de la recepcionista es que me mandaba a alguien de mantenimiento a la habitacion para que pudiesen hecharle un vistazo, cuando viene el hombre con cara de molesto por haberlo llamado me dice ami mismo que meta la tarjeta, cosa que vuelvo a hacer y le muestro que no funcionan a lo que me responde que efectivamente estaba rota y el no podia ni sabia arreglarla y sin más se fue y adiós. Ya que no tenia caja de seguridad y no me quedaba tranquilo dejando las cosas en la hacitacion sin seguridad tube que buscar a una limpiadora para pedirle un cartel de no entrar a la hacitacion a ”limpiarla” porque ni eso teniamos en el pomo de la puerya como cualquier otro hotel, y pedir que no entren en los dias que estemos alojados nadie ajeno a nosotros, iendo nosotros mismos a por toallas limpias a la recepción. El personal y las instalaciones del hotel están muy muy bien. Todo en general perfecto. Nos ha gustado mucho. Tienen que controlar un poco más los cuartos de baño que estaba sucio el váter. El resto muy muy bien. Las chicas de recepción un 10. El detalle del cafe 24 horas está muy bien. Fácil aparcar y gratuito. Hemos salido muy contentos. Por eso nos extraña comentarios malos anteriores. Gracias por todo

We had to be in the Getafe neighbourhood for a few days, so B&B Hotel was an excellent choice for us. Especially given the fact that we had previously just stayed at a Getafe hotel with a less than ideal location. B&B was more centrally located; directly opposite a sizeable Lidl Supermarket, close to a bus stop, several restaurants and within about 10/15 minutes walking distance to the Getafe Central Metro Station. This made it quite convenient and just perfect for us.👍🏽 As I customarily do for my reviews, I'll divvy this up into the 'Positives' and 'Negatives'. PROS: Upon check-in, (and for an extension), we met PATRICIA. Patricia was a jovial, delightful woman who ensured a smooth, hitch-free process. Another staffer we encountered, (for yet another extension of our booking), was CRISTINA GÓMEZ. Christina was just as kind and pleasant. We had a nice chat with her. At check-out, MÓNICA SÁNCHEZ was also an absolute joy to interact with. So as you can see, service at B&B Hotel is absolutely fabulous! Every hotel employee we encountered was 100% professional, so B&B deserves tops marks for exemplary service! 👌🏽 I have no complaints whatsoever about the service that was provided at B&B Hotel, Getafe. We were informed about breakfast in the lobby for an additional fee of 8.50 Euros per person. Unfortunately we were so busy, we didn't get to try B&B Hotel's breakfast during our stay, but I must stay that it looked disappointing when we caught a glimpse of it on our way out one morning. The breakfast was mostly comprised of Breads, Pastries, Frittatas, Cold Meats, Fresh Fruit, Yogurts, Juices, Teas and Coffees. They say 'never judge a book by it's cover', but it just didn't look interesting enough for us to bother trying. I liked the deep blue colored walls, geometric signs/symbols, and a wall with 16 bold paintings hung close to each other by the seating/breakfast area. This is at the Lobby/Reception area. The B&B hotel logo was casually designed with chalk on what looked like a black board. Other written messages on the Reception/Lobby walls were 'smart peope sleep better', 'one cup of free coffee is always a good idea', 'embrace it', 'we have a great connection'- (in reference to the WiFi). This was done in white writing, with a simple font format. There was an actual bike mounted on an exterior wall. Refer to my pictures of it. It was really cool! 🚲 😎 The Reception area was basically 2 black stand alone high desks that housed the computers for processing check-ins and check-outs. These were rather unique. The 'come lift me up' and 'take me down' on the elevators/lifts was my favorite! 😍 Please refer to my posted pictures to see what I mean. The whole place had a cartoony, Pop-Art quality to it that was very appealing to the eye. It was all very fun and funky. 👍🏽 The lobby had a standing fridge with Chocolate, Chocolate Chip Cookies, Chewing Gum, a variety of Sandwiches, Fruit Juices, Energy Drinks, Beer, Carbonated Sodas and Water. A very comfy sleep in the centre of Madrid-Good mattress and chair to work This hotel is only one star, but the quality is medium/high. I booked a double bed and a private bathroom; the price is around 100 euros, which I think is expensive, but it may be the usual price in Madrid for one star hotels. The location is convenient for Line 1, the blue line and stop ”Estrecho”; L1 stops at Atocha, the high/speed station. The ride is approximately 30 minutes. The personnel are very kind and helpful. I was able to check in early since I needed to work. The room is small, but the bed has a nice size. It is very clean. However, it is difficult to keep up the highest standards since the floor is white and there were some hairs on the floor. I had a very good sleep; The quality of the mattress is excellent, and people are respectful and quiet, even though there are some common areas for guests who share bedrooms or other amenities. The chair in the bedroom is very comfy to work on. I managed to work for eight hours. All the furniture is of high standards, overall. There is complimentary tea and decaf coffee the whole day round. On the bad side, the breakfast was not great. The quality of the products is not good, for example, bread, jam (low-calories), pastries, or juices, which are not fruit natural juices. There are not too many options. The breakfast should start earlier than 8 am, above all for guests who are on business. I do not think guests should wash their dishes, but rinse them and allocate them in the dishwasher since they are using the same sponge, and after COVID-19, this practice should be avoided for further illnesses. The coffee machine provides coffee but is not of such good quality. It does not come hot enough. The quality of the towels is not good. They are old and do not dry properly. I think it is essential to have recycling bins, in particular, since guests are booking to sleep and they cook and prepare their food. The coffee machine does not allow you to reuse your glass, which is a shame as per providing a new glass with a plastic spoon every time you want a coffee. I tried to press the option ”no glass”, but it will not work. It seems that everything goes in the same bin. The shower has low pressure and two taps. It is not easy to reach quick and warm water. The head is not mobile, so girls bring your shower cap. The quality of the shower gel is nice. Very fashionable!!

Estuvimos una noche ya q fuimos q l warner y l verdad q fue una acertada elección. Habitación muy amplia súper limpia,reformada y súper bonita xa los niños tematizada como un castillo.. les chiflo!!! El baño amplio,limpio y un plato de ducha enorme. El personal súper amable y nos dejamos un juguete del niño y nos le guardaron hasta q pudimos volver a x el. El tema café y cacao gratuito la verdad q un punto a su favor se agradece. Sin duda volveremos y muy recomendable si vas a la Werner ya q está a 10 minutos en coche. Única pega parking completo cuando llegamos xo tb eran las 12 d la noche xo no hubo problema en aparcar cerca.

Era la segunda ocasión en la que nos aflojábamos en este establecimiento , la primera en enero del 2022, mismas circunstancias que en esta última, tres adultos con mascota, perro de 3kgs en la primera ocasión y en esta sumamos una cachorra de 1kg y medio, hacemos la reserva a través de booking, a la llegada nos dice la persona de recepción que no admiten mascotas, le decimos que creemos haber realizado la búsqueda con el filtro de admisión de mascotas, se pregunta si podemos pasar la noche o tenemos que irnos y nos dicen que esta vez vale, pasamos la noche, y la sorpresa llega por la mañana, ha cambiado ya la persona de recepción, un chico que de muy malas formas, vamos a decirlo solo asi nos llega a llamar sinverguenzas por meter los perros a escondidas, querido caballera, por suerte para nosotros, lo que sobran ya son establecimientos en los que si son bienvenidos los perretes y sobretodo donde no hay gente amargada trabajando. Por otra parte, no recomiendo en absoluto el hotel , las camas malas no lo siguiente, las almohadas como si pones una chaqueta, malísimas, en fin un sitio donde no volver.

El hotel es nuevo y el personal se esfuerza por dar un buen servicio. Camas cómodas y habitaciones aisladas. Viajamos con persona en silla de ruedas y el hotel está totalmente adaptado. El hotel está en un polígono y no hay nada cerca. No ofrecen comidas salvo unos bocadillos. Este es un tema en el que deben mejorar. En el baño también deberían poner algo más de luz . En general una estancia agradable para pasar un día de tránsito.
