The service in the hotel Is very low and slow The waiter dont know the info about the meal and try to guess . Table at the restaurant dirty

Very nice hotel, location and breakfast are very good

Hotel is amazing and fairly well located. The main town is just a short 5 to 7 mins ride. The pool is amazing and the rooms are spacious as well. Bike rentals can be done right outside the lobby which is convenient.

It is a great place to stay. The staff are friendly and always willing to help. The rooms are great and the swimming pool is beautiful and clean. They can help you plan day trips and get a van to and from the airport.

Really nice resort only 10min away from the port by Tuc Tuc. The room very clean and with all the essentials for the staying. My room wasn’t exactly view on the pool as expected so I would have to say a little bit overpriced. Nice breakfast. They arranged me an half day tour of the main spots in Coron and they were really flexible. The only thing that often happens to me travelling solo is that at pool bar for lunch I asked half portion of a serving because it was meant to be for 2/3 people (in the Philippines they often have family sharing portions) but they said it wasn’t possible that they could serve me half portion but the price would’ve been the same and I found that annoying. Other than that they offer shuttle bus to the airport and everything else was as good as in the pictures!

Super goei hotel

We had a pleasant stay BUT the check in was not a good experience. We were thankful that we got to check in at an earlier time (around 1-1:30pm) but we were disappointed that upon arrival no one helped us with our luggage. We have 1 large size luggage and 1 small one. After checking in, we were told that we are going to be assisted by one of their staff to our room. We expected that our luggage will be brought to our room but no one did that. The staff who assisted us did not really assist as helping with our luggage, she was just accompanying us to our room, she could not assist us because this staff might not be able to carry our big luggage so we did not ask her to carry it for us. Its just hard to carry the luggage because the room is far from the lobby and the pathway going to the room is not flat or smooth that is suitable for the luggage to be pushed. We had to carry our luggage all the way to our room. Good points are, the room is huge, the pool is large enough. Breakfast is decent. Wifi is good. Bad points, that time our cellular network has no signal, brown out some times but good thing they have generator. Please be mindful of your guests. From the arrival, to departure please be aware of their needs. The hotel itself is very good but the service should be improved.

Quite near to corona town center, less than 10mins motorcycle or tricycle ride, beautiful pool and spacious room, definitely recommend.
