I made a booking for the San Fermin festival through their website for 3 rooms (we are a group of friends going together). One main reason we chose this hotel is because they only required a credit card in case of no-show, and the reservation said payment would be collected at the time of check in (July 7). Well, weeks after the reservation, without warning, they charged my bank account nearly $2000 US and said that's their policy for the festival (but nothing was indicated on their website). In fact, this is what my confirmation email says: CREDIT CARD DETAILS Your credit card won't be charged this amount (payment is to be made directly at the hotel on the day of arrival), unless you have booked a non-refundable rate or if stated otherwise in your rate's terms and conditions. In the event of a no-show, you will be charged a certain amount depending on your selected rate's cancellation policy. They refused to honor the terms of the reservation and caused my account to go into insufficient funds. Luckily, we were able to cancel and book at a different hotel. Horrible bad impression to leave on a guest. I get that you're expecting a full house but you cant change the terms that were agreed upon just because you feel like it.

Great value for money modern hotel in the shopping center quite a distance from from city centre. Good clean room, reception staff kind and helpful. Continental breakfast included. Free parking at hotel. Good quality and good price.

Nos gustó todo,cama cómoda,baño amplio+gel de ducha/manos ”NO” hay secador de pelo,excelente limpieza,dispone de ascensor. Fuimos para un concierto de Izal en el Navarra Arena del 04/06/22 al 05/06/22 una noche,nos costó la habitación 46€ solo alojamiento,muy buena calidad/precio. Tienen una máquina dispensadora de agua+refrescos+gominolas+algún snack salado y otra de cafés muy útil cuando se te antoja algo. A escasos 2 min del alojamiento hay una parada de bus q te lleva al centro de Pamplona (bus nocturno el fin de semana hasta las 5:00 de la mañana,pasa cada hora) Tiene zona para aparcar gratis al lado porque está en un polígono.

La habitación normal, nada de otro mundo, vestí e 2 noches y la verdad que hasta te bien

Excellent quiet hotel. Large bathroom. Big closet. The windows opened so you could get fresh air. Nice bed. Very comfortable. Great cafeteria/snack bar adjacent to the lobby. Bus stop was right outside the door. Plenty of dining options nearby. There was even a easy coin laundry a block away. Wonderful area, would highly recommend. A bit of a walk to the old town and bull run, but only 30 minutes walk.
