The hotel was accommodating and very comfortable. Parking spot was accessible and facilities were clean and nice.

bathroom is not that clean, shower handle is broken

I'm kinda disappointed in my stay here because the fact that I compared this branch with Panglao branch, so i was expecting the same amenities. The service were the same all smiles to all the customers but I'm disappointed for the amenities because my room doesn't have hot shower and the building needs for detailed upgrade. I booked on this building as I was hoping it's newly renovated the place was new however some furniture way outdated and needs a more thorough upgrade. Love the earth restaurant still 🩷🧡💛

Liked this place. Not quite sure what was newly renovated as the room was still quite basic and no hot water to speak of. Fortunately the amenities (pools) made up for it. It’s far from other amenities for shopping etc and the shuttles are limited and generally full but grab is easy to hail. It’s a shame they don’t allow grab drivers with food in though and you have to meet them at the gate. If you don’t want this service affecting your catering business then improve your catering facilities to offer more of what people want. Highlight - pools and inflatables, beach clearly man made and more like concrete than sand. Low point - loud and noisy functions in the numerous tented venues.

Overall the place was great, a lot of activities can be done there. Only the breakfast 3 out 5.

Our stay at Solea Mactan was truly refreshing—the serene beachfront views, modern amenities, and friendly staff created the perfect escape from the daily grind. It’s the ideal place to unwind and soak in some tropical bliss! Highly recommended!

They have really nice waterpark but rooms has many problems. We lived in Seaview building and there was no hot water for the 1st night and we called the staff to ask the them to fix tomorrow afternoon. I specifically said that we have young kid. Then next day, we arrived room late at 10 pm …. And the water is even colder than last night , I called again and they said to help us to change the room . We wait 1 hour!!!!! Finally, we got in the new room, the hairdryer was broken and they sent another brown one…… not mentioning that new room has ants to crawled around and even on my kid tooth brush …. I would say this experience driving me crazy

It was great! My kids really love the pool also their playroom. Really nice experience for the whole family. Will be back there soon!

Service is not good. We’ve called to front desk for water many times, but waited for a long time. The telephone even shut down on Saturday night.

the resort is good but the location of our room is 5th floor as n pinaka pinaka dulo
