#好評#對鄰近活動，隔音，鄰近餐廳，房間大小，鄰近店舖，房內採光滿意；酒店的位置很好，位于康达多路上，这里有很多好吃的餐馆，中餐馆就有好几家，离海滩、**也很近。酒店干净、卫生，前台服务热情周到。我们后面几天搬去古城的民宿，住得就没有这个酒店舒服方便。所以下次来圣胡安我还会选择这个酒店。携程

Not so. checking in was great. Nice people. The lobby was small but nice. The room was small and clean. The floor tiles were cracked, but okay, I guess. We did not have hot water for 3 days. Each morning, we reported the issue. The desk was "oh so sorry we will take care of that". We checked out and went to neighboring hotel.

Ac was loud all night. Staff were ready at 8am to get ppl out to clean rooms when check out is at 12.

Nice staff. Rooms a bit smaller than expected. Great breakfast and staff, especially Victor.
Comfortable bed, wish the hot water got hot in the morning, didnt til much later in day, so a very lukewarm shower both mornings was disappointing.
Area by hotel very nice, many restaurants, shops.

The stay was good overall. The main thing I look for in a pre-cruise hotel is cleanliness and quiet and it fit both.
A couple of staff at check in were not super friendly but got the job done of checking in our large group efficiently. I called the front desk once and that staff member was super friendly so that was nice. Housekeeping and breakfast buffet staff were amazing.
The neighborhood is good and walking distance to restaurants and a 24 convenience and liquor store.
Very convenient to Pan Am cruise port.
