The front desk was super nice, I had my young kids with me and they helped as much as possible. Rooms huge and clean:, definitely my go to in the future tense.

Ótimo hotel. Excelente localização e estrutura. Alguns funcionários bem receptivos, principalmente com quem não fala inglês perfeitamente. Ponto a melhorar: poderiam ter funcionários falando ao menos o básico de português/espanhol.

It was great to come back. We stayed here 2 years ago around the same time. We enjoyed the annual gingerbread houses created by the staff. Very excited that there was gluten-free muffins, bagels and bread for breakfast options. The muffins and bagels were amazing. It was great having options besides fruit and yogurt. The room was nice. We loved have 2 beds plus a sofa. Makes it nice so you can relax watching tv on the sofa. The staff was very sweet and always had a smile.

We have used home 2 in glen mills a number of times . It has always been great. This time we had to cancel our reservation due to both my husband and I were very sick . It taught me never to book a non refundable room.

Pros: great location, modern Cons: if you have pet allergies, stay away. It was clean, but there was evidence of animal hair. Behind bed, there was a full collection and assor**ent. The mattress was stained. The sheets at Home2 are no longer made of cotton. They are polyester, which will have you in sweats.

The staff was eother great or not...No in between. Facilities awesome. Breaksfast great especially for lobby food. Lobby comfortable to hang out in. Did not open fire even though weather appropriate. Lots located close.

Quick checkin by Andrew. Room spacious, quiet, clean and comfortable despite multiple dogs seen in lobby. I never heard them or the breakfast crowd even though our room was close.
