ฉันมีความสุขมากกับการเข้าพัก 3 คืนที่โรงแรม Barchetta Excelsior, Como ห้องพักของฉันกว้างขวาง สะอาดหมดจด มีเตียงนอนที่นุ่มสบาย ห้องน้ำขนาดใหญ่ และทีวีจอแบนขนาดกำลังดี อาหารเช้าแบบบุฟเฟ่ต์ยอดเยี่ยมมาก เช่นเดียวกับอาหารเย็นในห้องอาหารแบบสั่งตามเมนู นอกจากนี้ยังเพลิดเพลินกับการจิบกาแฟหรือเครื่องดื่มบนระเบียงกลางแจ้งหรือในเลานจ์ใกล้บาร์ ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมยอดเยี่ยมมาก อยู่ตรงข้ามทะเลสาบโคโมและใกล้กับเรือข้ามฟาก รถไฟ และรถประจำทาง อีกทั้งยังตั้งอยู่ใจกลางเมืองใกล้กับร้านค้า ร้านกาแฟ ฯลฯ พนักงานต้อนรับและพนักงานเสิร์ฟสุภาพ เป็นมืออาชีพ และให้ความช่วยเหลือดี ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้และจะกลับมาพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอน

ทำเลสุดยอดมองเห็นทะเลสาบ ใกล้กับทุกสิ่ง พนักงานเช็คอินเป็นมืออาชีพและเป็นกันเองมาก สะอาดสะอ้าน เรามีห้องที่มีระเบียงมองเห็นวิวทะเลสาบโดยตรง เราทุกคนรักมัน พื้นที่ทานอาหารเช้าก็สะดวกสบาย การบริการของโรงแรมที่ดีที่สุดที่เราคาดหวังได้

เดินทางสะดวก ใกล้ท่าเรือและสถานีรถไฟ หันหน้าไปทางทะเลสาบ วิวสวย พนักงานบริการเป็นกันเอง โรงแรมดี แนะนำครับ

ทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ริมทะเลสาบและทิวทัศน์เยี่ยมมาก!

Good hotel overlooking the lake and a stones throw from the main square and restaurants. The room was a good size with a rather compact bathroom, but had everything needed. A small balcony was nice, although unfortunately we had such bad weather we didn’t get to use it. One downside we did find that the connecting door wasn’t very sound proof to the point you could hear next door flush! Breakfast was great with a good selection. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend.p

Genuinely impressed with how clean this place was, it is beyond clean. Location is perfect if you’re stopping by Como, walkable to everything, and the view from the room was a nice bonus. Staff were great too, gave us some solid local recommendations for food. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel has the most beautiful location however the rooms are dated and require renovating. The breakfast is also average and could do with having a better selection.

Excellent location. The property is very old. Room Carpet in dire needs to change. Maintenance grossly lacking. The toilet flush panel dropped out. Rooms service saw it during cleaning service but did nothing to get the toilet flush panel repaired!

Everything wa perfect, location food service. But rooms has pure sound/noise isolation. Every evening and every early morning we listened every dialogs of our neighbors like there was in our room

Perfect service and view

We stayed three nights in a room advertised for lake view. The actual view is half blocked by a tree. This is very disappointing considering the images at the website. There was a huge bug on bed sheets and blonde hair noted on towels before we started using them. Lastly the hairdryer was broken. After I requested the hairdryer to be replaced, even though the reception staff said they would do it, it just never happened. Air conditioning was unable to be adjusted and the room gets freezing in the evenings. Overall, it was the worst experiences I have had during my three weeks of travelling in Italy. It was a huge disappointment.

The location is strategic,near lake and shops..will definitely be back
