My stay was overall average, but there were several aspects that were disappointing for a hotel of this standard.
First, the check-in experience was not very welcoming. The staff member at the front desk seemed unfriendly and did not provide the warm hospitality I would normally expect.
Second, the bed and pillows were too soft for my preference. I called housekeeping to request firmer pillows, but unfortunately they were never delivered.
These issues may seem small, but for a hotel of this level, attention to guest comfort and service responsiveness is very important. It was quite disappointing that my request was not followed up.
I hope the hotel can improve the service and responsiveness in the future.
