โรงแรมใกล้กับ Les Portes du Mont-Blanc, Combloux

Wonderful staff. “Ihane” was so friendly each morning as we entered the breakfast area; in fact, she conveyed such a warm and welcoming tone every time we saw her. Hotel is still quite new. Fresh linens on comfortable mattress & pillows. Tiny shower, but functional. Breakfast was variety of rolls, yogurt, eggs & bacon. Central location between Chamonix, Geneva and Annecy (if your goal is to visit all three places.(

Although we own an apartment in beautiful Saint Gervais, it is currently undergoing refurbishment, and so, on two occasions recently, once with friends and once with my husband (and Max the dog) we’ve chosen to stay at the lovely new Le Saint Gervais Hotel and Spa. Saint Gervais has several hotel options, but none with quite this luxury or quite so modern. Given its location so close to the start of the village (and close to the new télécabine from Le Fayet which has been announced), it is very well placed to capture tourists, and as it is open all year round, both in the summer and winter seasons. There is so much to like about the hotel. It is spotlessly clean; rooms have balconies overlooking the mountains and the town; and the staff are friendly and attentive. The barman Louison deserves a special mention here, showing genuine warmth, welcoming our dog to the hotel, and attempting cocktails “off menu”. The restaurant is not due to open until August this year and so, as others have mentioned, breakfast is currently being served in a function room somewhat devoid of atmosphere. Breakfast itself is ok. Nothing to particularly criticise, nor get excited about either. The vacuum flasks of coffee are awful however!! I hope that once the restaurant is complete that the breakfast offering improves with perhaps coffee, omelettes etc served to order too. Rooms are air conditioned (which was a blessing the weekend we stayed) with fast and efficient wifi throughout the hotel. The spa area is small, and I think the hotel really missed the opportunity for an outside jacuzzi. Aside from a small outdoor pool and some loungers, there isn’t much to report outside. Overall, we loved our time at the hotel, and will be sure to return for drinks, meals, or special occasions even once our own apartment is complete. Thanks everyone!!

โรงแรมนี้ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากจามโนซิสพอสมควร เราพักที่นี่สองคืนในช่วง Mont Blanc Marathon เนื่องจากโรงแรมในชาโมเซ็นเตอร์เกือบทุกแห่งจองเต็มๆ โรงแรมมีที่ตั้งที่เหมาะแก่การเดินขึ้นเขาเพียงไม่กี่ก้าวคือ สามารถเดินไป Bosons glacier และ Merlet zoo จากโรงแรมได้เลย ทั้งสองสถานที่อยู่ด้านหลังของการเดินขึ้นเขาดี (1 ชั่วโมง) อาหารเช้าก็พอใช้ได้ สระว่ายน้ําปิดเนื่องจากไฟไหม้ :( หลีกเลี่ยงห้องพักทางมอเตอร์เวย์ ที่นี่เป็นตัวเลือกประหยัดดีในช่วงที่พีก แต่ครั้งหน้าคงพักใกล้ Chamonix มากกว่านี้

โรงแรมที่ดีมาก! ตั้งอยู่ในใจกลางเมือง Chamonix และที่ประตูเข็มมิดดาร์ก ความสนใจของพนักงานไม่ยุติธรรมและสปาก็มากกว่า ร้านอาหารดีมากราคาถูกไปหน่อยแต่คุณภาพดีมาก

เราเข้าพักที่โรงแรม Heliopic ในช่วงสัปดาห์ที่ 3 มีนาคม 2564 ที่ผ่านมา ห้องพักสะอาด กว้างขวาง สะอาด ห้องน้ําในตัว ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา สะอาด ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา ห้องน้ํา แยกส่วน ห้องน้ํา แยกส่วน ห้องน้ํา แยก อ่าง น้ํา น้ํา ใส น้ํา ใส น้ํา ใส ใส น้ํา ใส ใส ๆ เราจองห้องพักหนึ่งอพาร์ทเม้นท์ซึ่งมีพื้นที่เพียงพอสําหรับเด็ก 3 คน ( 1) พนักงานร้านสกีให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดีในวันแรกของเราและเราก็ประหลาดใจที่เพียงว่าใกล้โรงแรมถึงถนนใหญ่ที่ร้านค้าทั้งหมด, ร้านอาหารและบาร์ตั้งอยู่ ที่ต้องขอชมเป็นพิเศษ ต้องไปที่ Cyrille และทีมงาน concierge ทุกคนที่ออกไปช่วยคุณจองร้านอาหาร แท็กซี่ ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับโรงเรียนสกี หรืออะไรก็ตามที่คุณต้องการ การบริการ concierge ดีที่สุด 5 ดาวแน่นอน โรงแรมสะอาดและดูแลดี Lobby เป็นมิตรกับเด็กมาก ค่อนข้างแปลกที่เด็กจะไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้สระว่ายน้ําหลัง 2 ทุ่ม เหมือนขัดแย้งกับความพยายามอื่นๆ ของโรงแรม เป็นมิตรกับเด็ก ารถรับส่งส่วนตัวไปลานลาดสะดวกมากแต่เราทําผิดพลาดจองโรงเรียนสกีและเรียนให้ตั้งแต่ 9 โมงเช้า ซึ่งหมายความว่าเราไม่สามารถใช้บริการนี้ได้เพราะมันพาเราไปลานลาดประมาณ 9 25/9 30 เป็นการขนส่งเด็กเล็กในรองเท้าสกีที่มีเสาสกี ฯลฯ ที่ดีกว่ามาก กว่ารถสาธารณะซึ่งวุ่นวายมากและแน่นระหว่าง 8 โมงเช้าถึง 10 โมงเช้า แต่ป้ายรถเมล์ก็ใกล้กับโรงแรมมากเช่นกัน อพาร์ทเม้นท์มีอุปกรณ์ครบครันมาก อบอุ่นมาก และมีพื้นที่เก็บของให้เยอะแยะไปหมดสําหรับขนชั้นสกีที่ยวบๆ แม้กระทั่งมีห้องบูทส่วนตัวอยู่ด้านล่าง โดยรวมๆ เราคงพักที่นี่อีกแน่นอนถ้าเรากลับไปเที่ยวชามนิกซ์

服務很好，前台會盡可能地幫助存放行李和解答疑問。前台有提供免費的咖啡和熱水。酒店的窗景是很不錯的，抬頭就能看見雪山。

I have been visiting France for many years and I LOVE the country. I favour the south because of the amazing weather and because it is close to Italy and to Spain but I have visited many towns and cities over the years. This hotel in Sallanches is excellent for travellers and in the same large area there are two Ibis Hotels and then loads of shops and bars, all near to a large Carrefour super market. The Style is lovely and has some covered parking which is GREAT when travelling by motorbike. Rooms and the bar are great. So what is not to like? Er. The staff. It seems from my experience that the French people are NOT good at serving and helping other folks, period. Last time I met with the Manager and he was sooooo kind, he moved his own motorbike to make space for mine. BUT the folks who work for him in reception are the opposite, they really do not seem to want guests!! The first TWO times I walked into reception with helmet and waterproofs they tried to direct me to the Ibis Budget, so I am a Budget kind of guy???? Awful. BUT the hotel is excellent. Despite them.

Sadly not a good experience. My main concern is for the staff. They are worked very hard and have their wages deducted for the smallest mistake. I saw one young man be told off for not replacing the ice bowl under the butter packs. The staff seemed lovely but the manager quite dominant. Room 10 has a hairdryer with exposed wires that has been sellotaped back to the wall. On the plus side, breakfast was good and the room was spacious and clean but overall it felt uncomfortable to see the way this hotel treated their staff
