พนักงานไร้ความสามารถมาก ขนาดจะเสิร์ฟน้ำให้สักแก้วยังทำไม่ได้เลย นี่คือบริการที่แย่ที่สุดเท่าที่ฉันเคยเจอมา ฉันไม่เข้าใจเลยว่าทำไมคนถึงมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้แล้วเขียนรีวิวดีๆ มันเหลือเชื่อจริงๆ พนักงานต้อนรับดูเหมือนจะทำงานภายใต้ความกดดัน ฉันเคยได้รับการบริการที่ดีกว่านี้จากโรงแรมที่ราคาถูกกว่านี้ถึงสิบเท่า เตียงเดี่ยวก็เล็กเหมือนเปลเด็ก มีอีกหลายอย่างที่ฉันอยากจะพูด แต่ถ้าคุณอยากเห็นด้วยตาตัวเองจริงๆ ก็ไปพักที่นั่นแล้วสัมผัสด้วยตัวเองเถอะ

โรงแรมดีและมีที่จอดรถ (เสียค่าบริการ) อยู่ไม่ไกลจากใจกลางเมือง เดินไปร้านอาหารจีนได้ภายใน 10 นาที แต่ถ้าไปโบสถ์และย่านช้อปปิ้งจะไกลกว่า เดินประมาณ 20 นาที

Had a wonderful stay at Best Western Plus Hotel. Service is excellent and amenities are 5 star. Bathrobes, towels, slippers, and toiletries are all excellent qualities. Small refrigerator is full of sparkling water bottles, soft drinks and chocolates and all free to consume. Plus Coffee machine with 4 or 5 types of coffee flavors complete with milk or creamer, and also different tea sachets, and chips all free to enjoy and replenish daily. And at the lobby they have a small kiosk with chips, chocolates, and snacks and drinks all free to enjoy. 100% highly recommended. Would book again if ever I visit Cologne.

Room very clean - friendly- recommend it

1. The location is a bit far from the city center, which may not be ideal if you plan to explore the downtown area frequently. 2. Check-in is only available after 3:00 PM, which felt a bit inconvenient. 3. The service was just average — staff were not particularly warm or welcoming.

Probably last time i'll go to this hotel. You can park your car on site for.... 24€.... I took the car and parked on the street for 5€. Sauna only open from 17h to 22h....and you need to pay for it 9.50€... All these things were not mentioned. There is like a self checkin, which is fast but nothing personal. Check out is on a computer that works half, so a staff member needs to stay next to that computer. It makes 0.0 sense. I wanted to have some relax time... I'll look for it somewhere else next time

Great hotel with good room and facilities. Slightly far from city center requiring about a 30 to 40min walk.

The staff at the front desk was really nice and the facilities in the hotel room are of high quality. It is seriously the best hotel I've ever been in for Europe so far.

Standardhotel wie erwartet. Frühstückszeiten am Samstag nicht kundenfreundlich; Parkplatz für die cityferne Lage viel zu teuer

Guter Durchschnitt, Preisleistung mit Potential. Einsparbemühungen  dürfen nicht zu Lasten der Servicequalität gehen

Molto pulito e accogliente. Lo consiglio vivamente! Il check in è stato velocissimo. La colazione però l’ho ritenuta molto costosa.

Haben hier zu zweit eine Nacht übernachtet. Der Self-check in ist sehr praktisch! Das Zimmer war allgemein sehr sauber und die Lage gut.

房間還不錯，整體環境也還行，但是晚上有一大羣人在大堂喝酒非常吵鬧。下午定的價格晚上一看降價巨多，付的2間2晚的錢甚至夠2間3晚了，聯繫平台客服跟酒店溝通，酒店那邊拒絕溝通，攜程補了一點積分。但還是非常虧，短短几個小時的降價損失了1500左右，這點印象非常不好

展會期間住的，雖然價格稍高，展會期間無可厚非，面積大，設施新，很滿意
