It was a super nice stay! Delicious food and great service! I will use this lovely Novotel again:)

Great hotel in a good location. Staff was excellent and so was the breakfast. A little off the city Center but very close to chocolate museum. We had a great time and strongly recommend!

Sauna is not opened for our whole 3-nights stay. Require us to go down to the frontdesk to get our extra amenities eg. conditioner and towel.

Nice family hotel, good breakfast

The room waa so clean and staffs were friendly

房間乾淨，有冰箱。酒店位置在科隆的三個水籠頭大廈背後，主街邊上，開窗會比較吵。頂樓有健身房，早六點到晚十點，力量訓練衹有一個多功能，但是高度適合巨人族使用😂

房間很乾凈，而且辦公桌是靠窗的，對面就是海，前台服務很滿意，主要是態度好，註冊會員不順利時，很耐心幫忙解決，然後附近有一家牛排店，牛排很好吃

酒店很新很乾凈， 前台小夥服務也不錯。早上10點多就到了問我是不是酒店會員可以提前給我房間。果斷拿出那張多年前的會員卡（現在都是掃碼註冊了）就給我房間了。酒店早餐應有盡有很豐盛，如附圖！

交通方便（靠近火車站）有付款停車場（其實旁邊小路可免費停車）前枱服務很細心還為我準備了能看到萊茵河的，隔音方面也不錯

Top Stadthotel, Lage etwas weg von der Innenstadt, sehr freundliches Personal, schöne Zimmer, leckeres Frühstück… einziger Nachteil für uns, eine Decke für zwei Personen :-)
