This hotel boasts a clean and convenient location. Breakfast was cheap. And don't pay for the parking. The gate opens automatically.

絕對不要住這個酒店，服務人員臉差的可以。問地點，就説自己查。 Dont stay in this hotel. The front desk has a terrible attitude.

整體來説比較整潔乾淨，每天都有打掃衞生，適合商務出差，就是位置比較偏僻，離科隆市中心有點點距離吧，還行。

房間很好，空間比較大，環境衞生什麼的都不錯，被子也很乾凈，隔音效果也不錯，聽不到外面的聲音。衞生間設施齊全。最主要的是乾淨。

酒店比較普通，經濟型設施，好在房費確實便宜😊

ราคาดีสำหรับการพักค้างคืน ห้องพักสวยมาก มีทุกอย่างรวมถึงเครื่องเป่าผม อาหารเช้าขั้นต่ำ ไม่มีครัวซองต์ เค้กช็อคโกแลต มีขนมปังขาว/น้ำตาล 2 แบบเท่านั้น Charcuterie ยังขั้นต่ำ, ผลไม้, โยเกิร์ต, ... แน่นอนว่าโรงแรมนี้ราคาดี ใกล้รถไฟฟ้าใต้ดิน โรงแรมดีมีที่จอดรถ 10 ยูโรต่อคืน ลบเท่านั้นพนักงานใช้รอยยิ้มได้ยาก คำถามของคุณจะได้รับคำตอบ แต่ไม่มีความเป็นมิตร

The room was clean. But the airco didn't work, the room was quite warm and the wi-fi didnt work quite well either. At check-in instead of parking costs, the room costs were paid (again) because a mistake at the desk. Can happen, but overal it was a poor experience.

We booked a last minute trip to Köln and booked a 2 double room. We had to pay €200,00 deposit in cash. There was no other way to pay cash. After we got the money we only get the money back when we don’t smoke in one the rooms. After we arrived we went straight to a rave party and came back to sleep 4hours and check out before 12:00. So we did everything as they asked but the receptionist said that we smoked in our room because they allegedly found ashes on the balcony of the window. We didn’t even openend a window and we ran out of cigarettes. I smoked the last one in front of their hotel. They took pictures of the balcony and showed some ashes. The picture could have been from any other room cause they all look each other. So we didn’t get our money back they called the police on us. Police says they can’t do anything about it and that we have to file a complaint. When we asked to see the previous pictures of the room from the previous guests they say they don’t check it every time. So how can they be sure it wasn’t someone’s else previously.

Staff were always friendly and helpful, everything looked brand new and kept well. We were in a family room with bunk beds, the beds were comfortable and I loved the bunk. Rooms had A/C and a small table, comfortable bedding. The lobby was a nice place to hang out in the evenings. Rooms were quiet, couldn’t hear other guests. There is a bakery/coffee shop and small market store a short walk away, lots of transit near by.

Large contingent booked most of hotel but then they were not happy when we mingled in the common areas. Kept dining room closed after breakfast and then got angry when people gathered in lounge areas. People forced to eat in rooms and then staff got angry they ate in rooms. Some staff were great but others very grumpy and unhelpful.

Clean, quiet and comfortable place for spending your night after an exhausting working day. Good price / performance ratio.
