Premier Inn Bridgend Central

A good welcome at reception. The rooms and bathrooms were a good size and spotlessly clean. Breakfast in the morning had plenty of choice and hot breakfasts were cooked to order. Would recommend staying here

We got bedbugs from this hotel. My wife had to go to the doctors because of the infection. The doctor diagnosed we had them. He put her on medication for the infection. It meant we had to dispose of all our luggage.

We called in as it was pouring with rain and Miller and Carter wasn’t yet open. We couldn’t believe the lovely welcome Sarah and the team gave us! Even a cup of tea and coffee! Thank you so much- it made our day😁

Stayed here for a weddong,amazing friendly welcome nothing was to much trouble all staff we encounted were so friendly the hotel was spotless,the manager i think her name was sara served us the best breakfast she was so warm and friendly clearly runs a tight ship,we will return soon

Amazing hotel,staff make you feel so welcome the manager was also very friendly nothing to much trouble,rooms were spotless,breakfast was delicious,and plenty of shopping at the outlets thank you0 for a beautiful stay,will be back

The hotel is in a large retail park and in the dark I did find it a bit tricky to locate. It a was quite busy, but once inside the hotel a received a lovely warm welcome from reception and all was good. Comfortable and quiet room, decent sleep and a great breakfast.

Very pleased with our stay. Staff very friendly and helpful, sorted out Taxis for us. Location good, car parking pot luck as lots of cars in car park. Breakfast Very good. All in All very good experience.

When we arrived I was so glad it’s a free car park as many premier inn’s don’t offer this also we didn’t realise at the time it was so close (walkable) to the McArthur Glen as we had booked for a wedding we was attending. The room was very spotless clean and had no complaints from that sector also credit to the reception staff as they was so lovely and welcoming, the only thing that doesn’t give this hotel 5 stars is the noise from our neighbours was ridiculous and lasted every much into the night/morning (3am) I couldn’t tell if it was coming from above us or a room to the side but it drove me mad, every footstep you could hear and just banging every 10 minutes! Apart from that we had a great stay and would definitely come again! Note: it is perfect for being close to shops/restaurants and even a cinema just perfect location.

Half the price of any accommodation in Cardiff on an internationally day. Great location on the M4. Clean and comfortable as always
