I had a very bad and disappointing experience at this resort. The money I spent here was absolutely not worth it. Most of the amenities mentioned in their brochures are not actually available. Their advertisements and photos are highly misleading and seem to be taken from sister properties or completely different places—nothing matches what they claim. In reality, it is just a simple resort with only basic stay facilities. • Swimming pool: Not clean or maintained at all. It was full of dust, dirt, and beard/hair floating around. • Rooms: Very poorly maintained, not cleaned properly. I even noticed insects, ants, and unhygienic conditions inside the bricks and corners of the walls. • TV & Wi-Fi: TVs in most rooms don’t function, and Wi-Fi either doesn’t work or is extremely slow. • Food & Service: Food quality is below standard, not worth the high prices they charge. The service is extremely slow, unprofessional, and unresponsive. Staff behavior and approach toward customers are very disappointing. • Facilities: They claim to have several attractions, but nothing is maintained properly. For example, they mention cycles ride in the resort, but they’re in unusable condition. Overall, it’s a place full of false promises and poor management. I have both photos and videos as proof of my experience, and I’m happy to share them if anyone wants to verify. My suggestion: Physically check the resort in person before making any payment. Do not rely on their brochures or online photos.
