Unreal they attempt to steal 200 from my card. Not one thing this rude manager Amber said is accurate. Lies about damage from previous water damage. Musty disgusting Carowinds, vent fan in bathroom inoperative, no chair I'm room, and diesnt even follow Choice Hoteks policy. Asked to use a vacuum cleaner they only had one. Told me no. Never once did dismissive manager bother to offer a different room or to check out the carpet. Nope... they wait a week then charge my card 200.00... Corporate saud in every aspect they were wring... I asked to see tge invoice for their supposed steam ckeaning. Of course... they didn't have one. No chair in the room, worst most inexperienced staff ever. I had to practically beg for a broom...then had to go next door to a real hotel and borrow cleaner to put in the carpet. Choose any hotel but this one. Not once did this manager Amber ever bother to check the disgusting crowd smell. Corporate totally disagrees with me being xharged 200.00 for them to steamclean the carpet. It should be done anyway after a guest stays for longer than 8 days. And no Amber... I do not have to allow unmasked and ungloved housekeepers into my room every 3 days. Great way to acquire COVID...bottom line steam cleaning a carpet is not damage to a room... per Corporate once again. Quit lying to paying guests. She actually saud if a service animal is in a room for 8 days tgeybwouksnt normally steamclean the carpet... how utterly unhygienic and 100% against your own policy.
