Good hotel, very nice staff with strongly support. Will book again

The hotel was clean and the rooms had plenty of space for us to stretch out. Xiao Peng at the front desk was extremely helpful. She remembered us from the first night at check in and had our room numbers memorized so she made it super simple to request our breakfast vouchers and an extra key card. She was also kind enough to give us some additional bottled water when we were checking out as she knew we had another long journey ahead of us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. The breakfast was good - plenty of food choices to select from. The guest laundry was very useful, not only was it free they provide detergent as well. We were on the top floor (fifth floor) - no issue with noise from the hallway or outside. We were there when it was particularly hot in the region but the air conditioner worked well and we didn’t have any issues keeping the room cool. The only thing that surprised us was that the hallways weren’t air conditioned, nor was the gym, so just keep that in mind if you decide to utilize the fitness room.

New, clean, good staff. Many thanks for Xiao Wang on the reception. For such locations its commonly nobody understand English. But he helped us a lot. So many thanks for this place for trip we had.

Good hotel to stay in cixi. The attention is so nice, the breakfast need to improve.

酒店性價比極高，房間大，設施新，插座很多，還有一排沙發，距離網紅趕海點、五磊山、鳴鶴自駕都在半小時車程內，很方便，旁邊有個大型水果超市，吃飯需要走20分鐘左右有個商場，在可接受範圍內，前台服務響應及時，早餐也很豐富，隨便住住挺好的

酒店房間面積很大，前台的服務人員非常的熱情，對小朋友非常的友好，房間乾淨衞生，整的品質還是非常的不錯，這次是一次非常好的體驗，性價比非常的高，開元做得還是不錯的

每一次入住都有新驚喜，酒店服務貼心，態度優良，讓人賓至如歸，前台小李服務態度很棒，酒店簡潔大方而不失格調，酒店細節之處彰顯品質，特別是24小時前台隨時有人員值班，有需要可以隨時聯繫，早餐種類中西結合豐富多彩，入住還有歡迎水果，期待下次入住👍👍👍

酒店整體很大氣，大堂的音樂很好聽，機器人也很方便，住着很安全舒服，送了早餐真的很不錯，主要早餐真的很好吃，在300多區間的酒店是吃過最好吃的早餐，二樓還有個餐吧，環境也很不錯，小吃味道也挺好，很推薦，下次還會選擇這家酒店，前台的服務員都特別好，有個小哥賊帥，特別是前台小彭的服務很好，

偶爾一次的選擇看看，想來試一試。 工作人員是很不錯的，新來的前台小姑娘很熱情，非常的不錯的一次入住體驗，酒店很漂亮。

早餐很不錯，酒店很大，性價比是很高的，大廳的音樂很優雅，好聽，整體的服務是讓人很舒服主動的，很不錯，點贊前台

性價比很高的四星級酒店房間非常乾淨服務總枱熱情服務。態度親切感非常好，酒店設施齊全智能，窗户夠大，採光很好，住的很舒服。前台人員服務都很好，很主動，熱情。早餐不錯，品種多，個人覺得性價比蠻高。禮迎官很有特色，非常不錯的品質酒店，以後還會選擇開元。

位置稍微偏一點，但整體環境還不錯，裝修還是比較新的，客房挺多的。服務周到積極，點贊！洗面奶落在衞生間了，第二天聯繫，幫我發了快遞，感謝！

衞生：浴室地巾黑了，放沐浴露的地方，黏糊糊的，牆面都有膠。 設施：客廳有電視，房間沒有電視，房間沒冰櫃，有個咖啡機，沒有咖啡膠囊 服務：更別談了，不問不給， 環境：臟～ 簡單四個字：一塌糊塗 具體可見：歡迎水果！
