This nice brand new property has been open for 4 months. Ive stayed here several times.I’ve had no complaints until this visit.The room I had was not cleaned properly at all. I did bring it the attention of the staff upon checking out- it will be passed on to the head of housekeeping. I hope this gets corrected because it really is a nice hotel with friendly staff.
Being an IHG diamond member, I seldomly get disappointed by its chain hotels, except one rare occasion in Austin, TX. I think it was my 2nd time there, very nice and friendly front desk people, breakfast is pretty good, gym is very limited, wifi is pretty stable and nothing to complaint about this place, except IHG website charges $40+ higher than Trip.com... complained to the front desk, but I guess it's what it is...
The hotel room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service however, like wifi was very bad and so it was hard to watch Netflix and such. The people at the front desk were nice and they gave us late checkout for their website rewards points.
