I had asked for early check-in and they were able to go above and beyond to accommodate me. I really appreciated that! The hotel seems new, is very clean and has a host of amenities - fitness center, pool, complimentary breakfast. I didn't think that it was nosy and the location was perfect for me. The breakfast had scrambled eggs, turkey and pork sausage, pancakes, muffins, an assortment of breads and a wide variety of juice, milks, coffees. etc. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
We stayed for one night. Check in was simple. I checked in online and got an email that our room was ready before check-in! When I got there, it just took a minute to get my room key. Room was spacious and clean. Bed was comforable. They have pumps in the shower with Dove Shower Gel, Shampoo and Conditioner to less waste. Breakfast had some hot items available like eggs, sausage and pancakes. Staff were all friendly and professional. Overall, we were happy we chose to stay there.
First time I have stayed at an Extended Stay. Pat (reception) went above and beyond to explain policies at this facility. She was patient and thoroughly explained how this hotel worked versus typical hotel chains (i.e., Hampton Inn). She detailed how to customize our stay (what kitchen essentials to request, how to obtain replenishment for linens and other supplies, logistics for breakfast, laundry and exercise/pool). Pat also explained how the management at this particular facility is very anal about cleanliness, and our experience has shown her to be spot on. Although the facility is well worn, it is clean and bug free. I am so impressed, I would give it 10 stars if I could 😊!
Camille at the front desk was super friendly and helpful! The room itself was okay. Downsides, there was some hair on the sheets and the sink didn't drain too well, we did see a roach in the elevator but none in our room and breakfast was a little lacking. Overall pretty quiet and clean, there are nicer hotels in the area but this one is decent for a lower price compared to others I've stayed at.
MMrsPiconeStaff members we interacted with were all awesome! Extremely helpful, understanding folks who were willing to work with us about a room upgrade snafu that was totally MY fault.
Check-in/out was beyond simple. Rooms were very clean, with the exception of one tiny 'baby' roach found dead under the A/C unit of our first room, but at least that says pest control is done. Better to be seen dead than alive😌
My one complaint is probably the Wi-Fi. It's free for the 1st device (at light browsing speeds), but if you need anything speedier, expect to pay for it. We had a total of 4 devices and ended up coming out of pocket for the unlimited package to accommodate simultaneous HD streaming and mobile gaming. At one point, had to call Wi-Fi tech support and they answered at 1:30a local time, fixed the issue, and even made good on the courtesy follow-up call. Well done!
Didn't get around to using the laundry facilities, so can't speak to that amenity, but we were so impressed with our stay, we'll definitely be returning.
Filthy. Our room upon arrival had food on the floor, a dead roach, no nightstands or remote. Moved us to another room that had a night stand. The TV could not reach a volume that you could hear over the A/C. Cigarette burns on bathtub and counter tops in the nonsmoking hotel. Blinds so sheer that the parking lot light lit our entire room at night. It’s under construction but there were materials in every hallway, at every entrance on every floor, glue or paint spilled all over. My son called the elevator the tower of terror. We have stayed at Wyndham properties all over the country. I can’t believe they have their name behind this one.
