I travel for corporate work frequently. One of the criteria one booking a hotel is whether or not they allow direct to door Uber eats or DoorDash of. I was told on the phone prior to booking. Yes, not a problem. When I get here today I ask again to confirm and was told face-to-face, no problem. I order my dinner and approximately 30 minutes later I get a call from the front desk. My food is here. I asked the person why I had to come down to get it than them being allowed to come to my room. I was told it was policy, blah blah blah. I explained to the person I spoke to, but I was told once prior to booking and once in person that it was allowed. Do not trust anyone you speak with directly at the hotel.

I am writing this letter to share my observations and experiences at your hotel. Overall, I think the hotel's environment is average, and the cleanliness is acceptable. However, I would like to suggest some improvements to the overall atmosphere of the hotel, particularly regarding the condition of the indoor facilities.
Firstly, the cleanliness of the hotel has left a good impression on me. The rooms and public areas are quite clean, which was an important consideration for me during my stay. I appreciate the efforts of the hotel team in this regard.
However, I must point out that the indoor facilities of the hotel appear somewhat outdated. The furniture and equipment in the rooms seem to have been in use for a long time, and some of them are even worn out. This gives me a sense of antiquity and has affected my overall experience during my stay.
Therefore, I sincerely recommend that the hotel management consider updating and maintaining the indoor facilities. This can enhance the overall image of the hotel and provide guests with a more comfortable and enjoyable stay.
