This property has both inside ”hotel” rooms and outside ”motel” rooms which was not made very clear when we booked. We paid extra for a ”deluxe” room - it was inside, it had a lot of space, but nothing fancy. Small fridge. It was clean enough. Our big issue was that our AC was leaking throughout our stay and it never got truly fixed despite their attempts. The breakfast was just ok. The indoor pool was clean enough, but COLD. Another member of my family had an outside room that smelled terribly of mold/mildew. This is definitely better than a lot of the alternatives, but I feel it should have been even better for the high price they charge.
Third time I've stayed at this hotel for work in the area and am pleased to report that I had another outstanding stay! Great location for getting to where I needed to be. From check-in to check-out, the staff was very engaging and attentive. A big shout out to the breakfast staff who busted their butts to keep the area clean and the hot foods filled. Room was in great shape as it had been remodeled and freshly painted. Kitchenette was almost as big as the one at home. Kitchenette came with all the necessary cookware and utensils to cook for four people if needed. Full size refrigerator was a bonus as well so I could shop at the Wal-Mart in the shopping center next door. Living/ common area was large enough to spread out work papers if needed in an organized manner. Bed was comfortable with more than enough pillows and blankets. Slept well both weeks I was there except the first weekend when the couple in the next room had to continually confess in loud voices their affection for each other. The highlight of my room was the recently renovated bathroom and the shower that NEVER changed pressure mid shower and didn't run out of hot water. The hotel also shares a shuttle with the Courtyard across the parking lot that will take guests anywhere they need to go within five miles of the hotel.
