They giving me free upgrade k-suites and it was a nice clean room, very friendly staff, check-in lady was very friendly and they have good breakfast and right next to freeway so it was easy to find hotel, over all it was a great stay.

Stayed here the Friday night before a volleyball tournament. The staff were so welcoming and treated the girls team amazing. Normally on Saturday the complimentary breakfast doesn’t open until 7 and we would miss it due to having to be at the gym before that time. Robert and Kathy came in early and had breakfast ready for us by 6:30. The girls were all able to fill their bellies with good food before off to a long day of play. Thank you again for all the wonderful special treatment. Kudos to all working there!

Stayed here for the last night of a week long trip. The staff was great and the room was spotless. It was a hot evening when we checked in and they already had the A/C running in our room for us, so that was awesome. The pool has a water slide. Yes, a two story tall water slide so that was my son's favorite thing obviously. Lots of food options are within a 10 minute drive.

We booked a Park and Fly package at this hotel. When we checked in the manager said that we booked thru ******* which we didn't know. We thought we had booked directly thru their reservation system. So there was some confusion but the manager Beverly handled it perfectly. She mentioned they had other customers had the same problem. So beware when calling and make sure your really dealing with Candlewood directly. The call we made was very misleading...even saying they were Candlewood but were really *******. The hotel is across the street from the airport so very convient. Clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful including the shuttle driver. Loved the room which has a small kitchen. Comfy beds. Good Park/Fly package includes room and 14 days of free parking. You have to pay an additional $30.00 per week. Next time we need a Medford Park/Fly it will definarely be at the Candlewood. Beverly the manager was amazing and took such good care of us regarding the mixup with the booking problems.

The shower floor is heavily textured and they don’t even try to keep it clean. The floor should not be pink. After my first night I spoke to someone at the front desk and asked that my shower be cleaned. She said she’d send housekeeping up that day. I came back and the bed was made and towels replaced but the shower had not been touched. The blanket on the bed clearly doesn’t get washed often either. There was a clean sheet and a clean coverlet, but the top of the blanket was discolored. The bed was firm but not uncomfortable. The room was otherwise clean. It is unlikely that I would choose this location again. There are several other options in the immediate area.
