Me and my husband Showed up at the Flagship Hotel on August eighth We were in rome, 2817 When we went into the room, I moved all the sheets on the bed moved the pillows, and found a bed bug I reported the downstairs to the front desk they sensed security, which never showed up. I went downstairs with the bellhop and had him take all my stuff out of that room. I was not staying in that room, then. Gave all my information to the bellhop and the Security officer. The security officer asked Belhop, did we kill the Bug? So they put us in Room 2009? The room was filthy, the bathroom still had dirt and stuff on the floor hair from somebody else on the floor the toilet was constantly running Between the beds, It smelled to me somebody used the bathroom on the floor Now mind you. They're asking us to buy a timeshare. Oh, it's short for me. In this hotel? Ask for the VP of Relationship marketing or the director. The front desk ladies were very, very nice. The director stayed in the office the whole time. Never came out to talk to me or ask me any questions. So I'll let the people know in a timeshare about the bad bugs in the place. All I got was to renown, oh no. The director of the hotel. After talking to the front desk to ask, what were they gonna do to take care of the issue that we had? I was in one of the novelty stayed because he didn't get a chance to do anything because of the weather yeah. So they chose to give us a one-night free day. Have some refrigerator Didn't have any shelves. I'm still waiting to talk to the v. P of Relationships marketing.
We stayed at the Chelsea solely based on the Trip Advisor reviews and were very pleased! The room was spacious and surprisingly quiet considering we stayed in the front of the building. But it was a Wednesday night and they do provide earplugs if it gets noisy. My favorite part was enjoying my morning coffee on the porch overlooking the garden. Great coffee - nice and strong! I have 2 suggestions that would have improved my stay - The toiletries weren't that great - the soap came in bars about the size of a quarter -so bring your own. There was no one at the reception desk for the 11am checkout rush (I needed a receipt). We had to call down to the pub and the manager who came up appeared to be inconvenienced by our request.
The actual resort fee charged was more than what was quoted on trip.com they also do not take reward cards if booked through 3rd party which is ridiculous.
