Tatilimiz gayet keyifli geçti hamam ve havuz güzel temiz ve yeterli, otelde ki tüm sular yüzde yüz termal suyu, personeller ilgili ve alakalı, alanlar geniş, bahçesi çok güzel, yemekler lezzetli ve çeşitler fazla, misafir ilişkileri ayrıca ilgilendi tüm personellerin ilgisine teşekkürler

,1 +1 apart olarak arkadaşlarımla 4 dairede kaplıca tatilimizi yaptık.Odamızda bulaşık makinası,su ısıtıcı,cezve tencere,buzdolabı tabak çanak,herşey vardı. kendimize özel havuzumuzda hijyen sıkıntısı yaşamadan gönül rahatlığı ile şifalı suyu kullandık.Tertemiz bir ortamda,güleryüzlü personelle vazgeçilmez kış tatil yerimiz.Hatta ilk defa gelen iki arkadaşım o kadar beğendiler ki ,satın almaya karar verdiler.Bizler oda kahvaltı kaldık.Geniş seçenekli kahvaltı açık büfe ve harikaydı.Akşam alakart usulü yine lezzetli otel yemeklerini yedik.Odamızda sucuk yaptık,çay demledik.Kesinlikle tatil için grup arkadaş yada aile olarak tercih edilecek bir otel.Üstelik diğer vıcık vıcık insan kaynayan,yemek koşuşturması olan ,bi ton paraya kaldığımız kaplıca otelleri aksine,sakin,tamamen bizim isteğimize bağlı bir proğramda koşturmacasız ve ekonomik harika bir tatil oldu.Gökhan Bey rezervasyonda,Filiz hanım kaldığımız sürece bizlere çok yardımcı oldular.Öneriyorum gidip kalmalısınız..kesinlikle bi daha, bidaha gelirsiniz

We arrived as the school holiday was ending hence almost 400 people left a day after our arrival. Dinner after arrival was very good with massive amount of choice and good quality. We were impressed. All that positive view demolished starring from next morning. RESTAURANT: Breakfast choice was reduced but that want the problem. Looking at the cheese plates their colour was off. Cucumbers and tomatoes also had the same issue. When I asked the staff they said they prepared the plates previous night. It looked they were left without cover and possibly outside of the fridge. I have asked them to remove the plates as health and safety risk which they didn’t. You could see staff and managers talking in groups and staring at me which was very unprofessional. There were a lot of staff but not enough attention to customers. Empties were piling on tables but staff was only collecting them if they are called. Manager in charge of the dinner was just walking around and instructing staff to use less tissues etc. He wasn’t welcoming or talking to the customers. Only customer he chose to speak and pay special attention was a lady on a holiday with her elderly mum. This was very strange to observe. ROOM CLEANING: If we talk about the room cleaning there was not sufficient of it. Cleaning lady was getting into the room holding one cloth and was out in less than 5 mins. No hoovering, no cleaning of toilets, not wiping bathroom floors. The drains in the bathroom were smelling disgusting. We had to ask her to put bleach in the drains to get rid of the smell which took 2 days for her to do. You could see whatever you dropped on the floor staying there all during our stay. THERMAL POOLS: temperature and cleanliness of the pools were not great. I have been to other thermal hotels where the water temperature was adequate for expectations. But in this one hot pool was not hit enough to get the goodness we were after. There were 2 cool pools suppose to be at 28C which the staff admitted they were not. Staff told us they have told the management but nothing was being done. They advised us that we should talk to the management. Which we did but nothing has changed. My overall impression is that the management is not professional and not thinking about customer satisfaction. Although the hotel is currently very new looking as it is refurbished, I would think it will be smelly and old very soon with the cleaning regime in place. I would not choose to go there again as there are better hotels in the vicinity which I have been before where it was much better service for the same price

My stay at İkbal Thermal Hotel & Spa was exceptional. The staff were incredibly courteous and attentive from start to finish, making every interaction pleasant. The cleaning personnel were meticulous; my room was spotless each day, with fresh towels and a well-made bed. A special thanks to the cleaning ladies Tulay and Firuze as well as Spa therapists Murat and Arif. The thermal spa facilities were clean and perfectly set for relaxation, enhancing the overall experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking a comfortable and well-cared-for getaway.

Güler yüzlü yardım sever, çalışkan personelleriyle muhteşem bir ekib👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽, 3gün kaldık bir kez bile otel kuralcılığı yapmadılar,yok şu yasak bu yasak diye gözleri misafirlerin üzerinden ayırmayan çalışanları yok👍🏼 Restaurant:Yemekler ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Oda temizliği: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Havuzlar&spa:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Haricen 24saat çay/kahve bedeva Gece acıktığınızda çok uygun fiyata lezzetli burger ve tost siparişi var⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Konaklama ücreti çok uygun hatta diğer otellere gitmiş biri olarak şunu kesin diyebilirimki inanın ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5yıldız hizmeti veren otellerden hiç bir farkı yok. Tebrik eder Otel arayanlar hem ekonomik hemde hizmeti yüksek olsun diyenler için şiddetle GARDEN KALE THERMAL HOTEL &SPA yı mutlaka iletişim kurmalarını ziyaret etmelerini tavsiye ederim.
