Мы в Турции отдыхаем с 2005 года практически ежегодно. Побывали в различной звездности отелях на all inclusive, но к 2024 году цены на такой отдых стали просто космические. Поэтому мы решили снять жилье у моря на длительный срок. Учитывая, что Турция усложнила процедуру сдачи жилья на короткий срок и в январе 2024 года ситуация с арендой квартир была очень туманной, наш выбор обратился к предложениям апарт-отелей. На наш запрос о возможности бронирования на интересующий нас период и количество гостей, разосланный в не менее, чем 10 отелей, первым и, по сути, единственным, оказался Aria Riva Hotel Alanya. Отдыхали в этом отеле почти 2 месяца с начала июня по конец июля 2024. Основными критериями были: близко к морю, чтобы не ездить на транспорте, и чтобы было по-домашнему. Все это мы получили от Aria Riva. Огромное спасибо Вере, которая организовала нам такой отдых! Мы действительно жили-отдыхали как дома. Отличный двухкомнатный номер с полной начинкой вплоть до терки для овощей и штопора для вина. Стиральная машина – это реальная палочка-выручалочка при двух детях и двух взрослых. При этом уборка номера производилась ежедневно, а смена постельного белья и полотенец – раз в 3 дня. Aria Riva – это апарт-отель, в котором живешь как дома! Приветливый, отзывчивый и заботливый персонал, но при этом совершенно незаметный, ненапрягающий. Вышел из строя электрочайник, и ровно через 10 минут он был заменен на новый! Все, что указано в описании номера на сайте, все есть. Все фото номера соответствуют действительности. Вся техника-сантехника в рабочим состоянии и, что немаловажно, в совершенно чистом виде! Даже духовой шкаф! Море в 3-5 минутах ходьбы от отеля с переходом дороги по светофору. Бассейн при отеле расположен очень удачно – частично под зданием. Есть и тень, и солнце. Пресный бассейн в тени в полуденный зной после моря – это просто спасение! Лежаки, столики со стульями, душ, детский «лягушатник» - все имеется, все исправное, все удобное. Aria Riva прекрасно расположен. Отличное турагентство рядом с отелем – любые экскурсии и развлечения по адекватным ценам. В шаговой доступности 3-5 минут сетевые магазины, чуть подальше рынок по вторникам, кафе и рестораны просто в каждом соседнем доме - все, как и обещала Вера при бронировании. Улыбчивая Тугба, приветливый и отзывчивый Миша, наша добрая и гостеприимная Вера, весь технический персонал и горничные, спасибо вам всем за наш прекрасный отдых! Слова Веры: «Приезжайте и будете чувствовать себя как дома» - оправдались на все 100%. Если решим повторить, то только в Aria Riva Hotel Alanya!

โรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม พนักงานที่เป็นมิตรสุด ๆ ทุกที่ แผนกต้อนรับ ห้องอาหารเช้า แม่บ้านทั่วไปที่ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใสและให้คําแนะนําที่ดีและเต็มใจที่จะช่วยเหลือและพยายามอย่างเต็มที่ อาหารเช้าที่หลากหลายมากพร้อมอาหารอุ่น ๆ หลากหลาย เย็น ชีสทุกชนิด ซีเรียล และแน่นอนว่าสลัดต่างๆ โยเกิร์ตและผลไม้แห้ง - ฉันคิดไม่ออกว่าจะขาดอะไร กาแฟที่แตกต่างกันตั้งแต่อเมริกาโน่เหนือเอสเพรสโซไปจนถึงลาเต้และน้ําผลไม้ เดินไม่ถึง 2 นาทีถึงหอแดง และ 5 นาทีถึงท่าเรือ Seaview สมบูรณ์แบบจริงๆ ที่จะได้เห็นเรือ ”โจรสลัด” มาและไปและพระอาทิตย์ขึ้นในตอนเช้า ใกล้กับท่าเรือยังใกล้กับร้านอาหาร บาร์ และตลาดช้อปปิ้งทุกประเภท เรามีความสุขมากและจะกลับมาอีกแน่นอน เรามีช่วงเวลาที่ดีและสนุกกับทุกวัน 😎

I dont even know where to start writing this review but i saw someone writing that they could not believe their luck for finding this place, and that is exactly how i feel. The first day we came here and checked in we got home made limonade from the garden and our keys to the room. All the roms are so so so beautiful, each with its own feel, decorated with antiques and art used in a clever way so they feel very cozy but so fresh at the same time. The cleaning was fantastic, they even rolled up our phone charging cables!!! so lovely The food is amazing! Breakfast with lovely music underneath citrus trees with a cup of turkish tea, i will miss these moments so much! Really fresh breakfast and i was impressed about how much of it that was vegetarian! The jams are home made and i fell in love with the rose jam, i had to have it every day because it was so good. Dinners in the evenings with faerie lights, live music and freshly caught shrimps was magical! But most of all the staff is what made these two weeks so special, i’ve never been to a hotel like this, they all made us feel so welcome, seen and comfortable and ive loved getting to know them. This is the first time i feel like i want to go back to a city because of the hotel and not beacause of the city! We three Finnish women spent lovely week in this hotel in October 2024. The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic on Cleopatra Beach. The beach is just across the road and the hotel beach has a good atmosphere. Our room met all expectations and we were very satisfied. Staff absolutely lovely, very friendly and good service. We liked the food very much, very delicious. There were always lots of salads and vegetables on the table. The hotel is very clean and the room was well cleaned every day. We are planning our next trip to this hotel. We highly recommend this hotel!

From the moment we stepped in the hotel, we were impressed. It is very clean and modern. We arrived at midnight and were checked in within 5 minutes. We were offered food as well. The rooms are clean and modern. I found the bed a little hard but that's personal preference. The beach is a 10 min walk but they also run a shuttle bus numerous times a day. The food is AMAZING, even for someone as fussy as me, I ate a meal every night. So much choice and salads and desserts too. The pool area was lovely and clean. There are plenty of sunbeds and even when we got down at 9.30am-10am, we still had a choice. There is no snack bar for the all inclusive but every day at 4.30pm there is a wide selection of cake and some fresh fruit. I've never eaten so much cake 🤣 I love the idea that outside the room with your room number, is an illuminated panel. There are switches inside the room that you can illuminated red for no entry and green which is a lady with a mop which means you want your room cleaned. Best invention ever!! WiFi works well in all areas of the hotel. The only downside to this hotel and that's not their fault is the distance from Antayla airport, it's around 2 hours straight. We had a shuttle transfer and it took nearly 3 hours, there was a 15 min toilet/snack stop which made it a bit more bearable. I'd 100% recommend this hotel, you won't be disappointed.

Me and my wife stayed at this hotel twice and let me tell you the experience here is always the best, the staff are very accommodating at the hotel and are very friendly and helpful rooms are always clean spacious and comes with a balcony .. Breakfast is served with beautiful balcony views overlooking the sea. We enjoy our stay here as everything is close by from the beaches to shops restaurants and all the local amenities we have already recommended this hotel to family and friends who would like to visit Alanya the lady owner of the hotel is a very lovely lady and we would love to visit this hotel again because you won't get this experience of this hotel anywhere else IT'S THAT Good!!! отель находится у подножия горы, прямо рядом с пляжем клеопатра. все достопримечательности в шаговой доступности. питание отличное. почти каждый день была говядина, индейка, курица само собой. один раз на ужин давали баранину. за 10 дней отдыха была рыба три раза (дорада, форель, скумбрия). жене понравились некоторые десерты. фрукты по сезону для октября:дыня, яблоки, апельсины, мандарины, вкусные сливы и отличный виноград. завтраки стандартные для турции. мне не хватило айрана в этом отеле. его не дают. вай фай в номере, скорость хорошая. из минусов-шумоизоляция в номере плохая. жили на первом этаже. даже при закрытых окнах сложно было уснуть из горланящих под окнами поляков (большинство проживащиих в этом отеле) до 12 ночи. вопли, песни, смех прекращались только после закрытия бара. в отель бы вернулись, но попросили бы номера на верхних этажах.

The hotel with the best location on Cleopatra beach. Excellent location by park and beach walk. Service, food and welcome in top class. Close to most things, walking distance to the center with a lot of shops and parks on the way. Just a minute down to the beach and the water through the most beautiful park in Alanya. Highly recommend this nice hotel.
