First time in Jesolo and Falkensteiner hotel, and it won't be our last, from the moment we stepped in the hotel, we felt so welcome, check-in was smooth and they took time to show us around and escort us to the room. The rooms are light the bed was comfortable and we had a side view of the beach. Hotel is quite modern and bright 🌞. Breakfast had a nice wide selection to choose from was very well presented. The beach is right on your doorstep sunbeds and umbrella is included, service on the beach was supper fast and staff there are always around so you don't have to wait to find someone. They are extremely attentive.. The restaurant Hoku food was amazing and again service impeccable. On our last night we went to the main restaurant where there is a buffet, it was impressive indeed a wide range of food from seafood' salads, pizza, pasta etc there is also a main course menu for you to select from. Gym was also well equipped. They have a spa but I didn't go on this visit I was too busy on the beach. 🤣. The hotel is like 10 mins walk to a small town where there is pharmacy, shops and cafe and restaurants. One thing to take away from our stay is that every single staff member greated us whenever passing, always smiling.. It was a breath of fresh air to stay here with excellant service. See you soon 👍

เราใช้เวลาเป็นสัปดาห์ที่ดีมากในเดือนสิงหาคมพนักงานมีความเป็นมืออาชีพมากห้องได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดีทุกวันและเราชอบสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกต่างๆ ยิมทําได้ดีและสามารถหาอะไรที่จําเป็นเพื่อต่อกิจวัตรได้ ร้านอาหารก็ดีมากแค่ต้องจองล่วงหน้าเพื่อทําsurจะได้มีโต๊ะเมนูรสชาติอร่อยมากจริงๆ! เราชอบสปาที่สงบมากและเป็นสถานที่พักผ่อนที่เหมาะมาก สิ่งนึงที่ต้องรู้ และเราต้องกําจัดคนที่ ”จอง” ที่นั่งที่สระน้ําแต่เช้าและมาช้ามากเหมือนเป็นเรื่องปกติทั้งหมด พนักงานควรทําอะไรเกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้! เราจัดการได้แค่ที่นั่งที่สระครั้งเดียวในสัปดาห์! ชายหาดดีมาก มีพื้นที่เยอะ และผมชอบกล่องเซฟในปาลาป้าแต่ละที่เป็นพิเศษ ผมแค่เสียใจที่พวกเขาไม่มีบริการรอบนชายหาดหรือสระว่ายน้ําเพื่อให้สามารถสั่งเครื่องดื่มได้ นั่นคือสิ่งเดียวที่ผมจะเปลี่ยน! จักรยานให้ใช้ฟรีเพื่อสํารวจสภาพแวดล้อม สะดวกสบายมาก และได้รับการดูแลเป็นอย่างดี ถือเป็นบวกที่ยิ่งใหญ่! ขอบคุณทีมงานทุกคนที่ทําให้การเข้าพักของเรายอดเยี่ยม!

Stayed for 10 nights in May. Fab hotel with wonderful staff. Big shout out to all the staff at reception the bar and breakfast. Also wonderful house keepers with rooms done twice a day. The only downside was the weather was not great. Beautiful pool and private beach. Highly recommend lido di jesolo at this time of the year. We used the free bikes most days which are an added bonus.

DDean SFabulous location. Close to beach, close to restaurants, close to water park (Caribe Bay). We arrived early (11:30am) so were pleasantly surprised that our room was ready and available for us to check in. We could also use all the amenities on our day of departure with our luggage securely stored; and showers, toilets and changing facilities also available to us. We took advantage of the free sunbeds and umbrella on the beach which were very welcome. The beach itself is fabulous. Plenty of clean toilets and showers to use. Nice little beach bars. The hotel also has bikes for guests to use for free which was a nice touch. My wife and daughter used these to nip out for food using the handy baskets on the front and luggage racks on the back. Breakfast was great. Surprisingly large dessert selection for breakfast which was quite indulgent! We may even have snuck out a few of the cheese and ham rolls for later...shhh! The barista and waiting staff worked tirelessly to ensure everyone was well catered for. There is a very boutique feel to this hotel. Never felt overcrowded. We would highly recommend this to anyone visiting Lido di Jesolo.

Great place to stay. Warm, welcoming, helpful staff. Excellent location. 2 Minutes from beach, (loungers and umbrellas reserved and provided free from hotel), 2 mins if that to main street for shops, restaurants etc, same for bus that gets you to waterbus and/ or to airport. Great breakfast. Beautiful pool. Had an excellent stay here and would return tomorrow. Room/bathroom a bit poky but comfy enough and great value for money. Moreno's restaurant 10 min walk, very nice.
