เริ่มจากสิ่งดีๆ ก่อน โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่สวยงามถึงแม้จะไกลกว่านี้หน่อยแต่ห่างไกลจากผู้คนและเสียงดังที่สงบเป็นที่พักที่ใหญ่โตน่าดู การต้อนรับและท่าทางพฤติกรรมของพนักงานดีมากจริงๆ ค่ะ มีความเป็นมืออาชีพมาก อ่อนน้อม และสุภาพ รีสอร์ทมีให้เลือกพักหลายแบบ ทั้งแบบ cottage แบบ cottage มีสระว่ายน้ําส่วนตัว และโรงแรมเหมือนห้องพักด้วยค่ะ กระท่อมดูดีมาก แต่เนื่องจากเราต้องการจองแยก 2 ห้อง ทาง online portal ให้ตัวเลือกจองฝั่ง Beach Cove เท่านั้น เราพัก 3 วัน กับ Senior Citizen และเด็ก 2 ขวบ พนักงานต้อนรับดี ยิ้มแย้มแจ่มใส พนักงานต้อนรับดี น่ารักมากๆ ที่สุดของที่พัก - อาหาร ห้องพัก สะดวกสบาย การต้อนรับ การติดต่อสื่อสาร : หลีกเลี่ยงชายหาด ด้านที่พัก ของที่พัก เป็น 3 ชั้น ด้านล่างระดับ ground level และไกลจากประตูหลักมากๆ อาจจะได้วิวชายหาดบางส่วน(สามารถดูได้จาก 1 แต่ความไม่สะดวกและการเดินทางไม่คุ้มค่า ทางเดียวที่จะไปถึงที่นี่คือการเดินและขึ้นลิฟท์เก่าๆ ซึ่งถึงแม้จะดีและมีพนักงานอยู่ตลอดไม่สะดวกเพราะทางอื่นเดินลําบากมากสําหรับเด็กและพลเมืองสูงอายุ เค้าจัดรถตู้ให้เป็นบางช่วงถึงลิฟท์แต่รอรับได้นานหรือบางเวลาเค้าก็แค่บอกว่าไม่มีรถตู้ ทางเข้าหาด : หาดค่อนข้างไกลจากประตูหลังและไม่สามารถเดินได้เหมือนที่รีวิวและคําอธิบายทําให้ดูเหมือน ตัวประตูหลังอยู่ไกล เมื่อออกจากประตูหลังต้องเดินไกลถึงหาด ไม่มีการเดินทางและรีสอร์ทไม่มี***age อะไรให้ไปถึงที่นั่น พวกเขาคาดหวังให้คนเดิน ไม่มีความเห็นอกเห็นใจต่อพลเมืองสูงอายุและเด็ก ทางเข้าประตูเองจํากัดถึง 1 เท่านั้น ถ้าจะเที่ยวชมพระอาทิตย์ตกที่ชายหาดก็วางแผนกลับมาเดิน 2 ทาง ทางเข้าหลักจากภายนอกที่พัก หารถ Auto หรือรถส่วนตัวอื่นๆ ยากด้วย amenities : พื้นที่เล่นเด็ก สระว่ายน้ํา 2 สระ แทรมโบลิ่ง ห้องอาหาร Good, TravelDesk, Ayurveda therapy, consultation Food: แพง! คุ้มราคา !! Buffet แพงมาก ย้ําและเปลือย basic มากๆ สักครั้งหรือสองครั้งก็โอเคแม้ว่าจะมีแบบนี้ทุกวันและกลางคืนไม่ได้ ไม่มีความสม่ําเสมอสิ่งที่สั่งและชอบวันนี้อาจจะไม่ดีในวันถัดไป ไม่มีความเห็นอกเห็นใจกับคําแนะนําพิเศษอย่างอาหารไม่เผ็ดฯลฯ ขนมก็อร่อยดี รูมเซอร์วิสแย่มาก เมนูมีของจํากัดมากแทบไม่มีตัวเลือกเลย เค้าไม่มีแม้แต่จานช้อนชามช้อนให้เพียงพอที่จะให้อาหารทุกคน ชาปติสก็แข็งเป็นแผ่นโลหะในไม่กี่นาที ทุก order ต้องติดตาม 1 อย่าง เพื่อให้ถูก ผมโพสรีวิวนี้ ทั้งๆ ที่ และความแตกต่างในการบริการในวันสุดท้ายคือ Humongous! อยากให้ ***อายุคนเยอะและกดดันได้ดีกว่านี้ เราได้ขออาหารไปกินในวันสุดท้ายขณะที่เค้าก็จัดแจงให้แพคเกจ Lunch อย่างน่ารัก บรรจุภัณฑ์แย่มากและคีชดีก็หกเต็มถุง มันน่าอายที่สนามบินและเที่ยวบิน แต่เราไม่สามารถทิ้งมันไปได้ ตั้งแต่ฉัน

Another wonderful rejuvenating stay at Ideal. This was my third visit, and it was as enjoyable and beneficial as always. From the moment I was met at the airport to the moment I left, I felt cared for, relaxed, and in good company. The Panchakarma treatments were excellent, food delicious, room clean and comfortable, and the staff (including on site Ayurvedic Doctors) friendly, helpful and efficient. I felt perfectly safe, as a solo female traveller, at all times. It's only 30 minutes from the airport, and close to shops. Good beaches are just a short tuk tuk ride away. There's plenty of free time to enjoy a swim in the well maintained pool, or sightseeing trips to the Keralan backwaters, local temples or shopping, and daily yoga classes are suitable for people of all levels of ability.

My stay at a reytreat in India was an extraordinary experience, a journey that touched my heart and renewed my spirit. Immersed in the quiet of nature, surrounded by verdant hills and exotic scents, the reytreat proved to be a true refuge for the mind and body. The structure was a perfect balance between luxury and tradition. Every morning I woke up to the singing of birds the sound of the waves and a breathtaking view that made me feel part of the surrounding beauty. The activities offered were a perfect mix of relaxation and adventure: from sunrise yoga sessions, to Indian cooking workshops, to massage, to meditation. Each experience was guided by local experts who shared their passion and knowledge. The service was impeccable and the staff was always attentive and helpful, creating a family atmosphere that made us feel at home. Ultimately, my retreat in Niraamaya was an experience that we will always carry in my heart. It is a place where the beauty of nature merges with spirituality, giving moments of pure joy and reflection. I highly recommend anyone who wants to disconnect from the routine and regenerate to visit this magical corner of the world.

Overall stay was good. Ayurvedic massage was really helpful and refreshing as we were travel-ling since 10 days. Food at their newly launched restaurant was so delicious.

The rooms of the hotel should be spacious enough to accommodate the guests and their luggage properly, it should not only be spacious but comfortable with all the necessities.

Very good, professional service and worry free stay. 1. caretaker was very very friendly. He had called in advance to ask when we would check in, shared the number we can use in case of any need and also told us he will be out on the road if we need help to locate the property. we eventually did have to call him because the house is located beside a slope and it's from a level down to the road from the direction we came( the other side of the house it's located above the road). but as soon as we called he was out on the road and helped us. 2. One point to note is that we have to park the car on the road. The house required climbing stairs up/down, so we cannot take the car past the gate. 3. the bathrooms are very clean ( bathrooms are the biggest fear for me). Their shower was very very good and unlike most places in tvm located near the beach, the tap water was not hard water. it was soft. they have hot and cold water. Towels were also provided, so also soap and travel friendly size of shampoo and moisturizer. 4. you can hear the waves loud and clear. you can also see the waves from your porch etc. you can also see the Vizinjam mosque dome and minarets from he property. also the lighthouse is very close by and can be seen from the property. 5. The beach is super near. Everything is at walking distance. Breakfast offered was bread, butter/jam. so we opted out. Drinking water was provided. There are cupboards inside for storage.Chairs and a table too. There is a door between the bottom two rooms that can be locked or unlocked. Hence it's great for families security wise. Overall, it's reliable and worry free.
