สําหรับเพื่อนๆ ที่จะมาเที่ยวเมืองโจมบาง นี่คือหนึ่งในคําแนะนํา โรงแรมที่ควรพิจารณาการเข้าพัก ขอเล่าถึงการรับรู้และประสบการณ์เล็กน้อยในการเข้าพักที่นี่ 4 คืน อาคารขนาดใหญ่มาก คล้ายบ้านที่งดงาม ที่มีสถาปัตยกรรมที่แข็งแกร่ง หน้าบ้านกว้างใหญ่มาก รองรับรถบัสท่องเที่ยวไม่เกิน 10 คัน บวกกับวิวสวนสีเขียวที่งดงามรอบด้าน ทําให้ตาพวกนี้ น่าอับอายจริงๆ เข้าไปด้านใน ล็อบบี้ที่เราพบในโรงแรมทั่วไป ดูเหมือนจะไม่เหมือนกันที่นี่ เอกลักษณ์จริงๆ เพราะสิ่งที่ผมเห็นคล้ายกับห้องนั่งเล่นกับเก้าอี้มากกว่า, โต๊ะใหญ่ กับเฟอร์นิเจอร์ไม้ และภาพวาดเป็นเครื่องประดับ ตรงปลายสุดมีโต๊ะเล็กๆ อยู่ตรงนั้น มีพนักงานต้อนรับพร้อมต้อนรับแขกที่มาพัก ไม่ต้องแปลกใจเลย เมื่อคุณเห็นส่วนของรีเซฟชั่นที่นี่ เพราะมันง่ายมากจริงๆ ครับ ในการบริการของเขายังช่วยใช้หนังสือเล็กๆ และคอมพิวเตอร์เครื่องหนึ่งหน่วย ตรงไปที่ห้อง บังเอิญผมพักชั้นล่าง 105 สําหรับห้อง superior ห้องพักกว้างพอใช้ มีเตียง 2 เตียง และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ได้แก่ ทีวี 32 นิ้ว แอร์ ตู้เสื้อผ้า โต๊ะสําหรับวางกระเป๋าเดินทางและกระเป๋าใบใหญ่, กาน้ําร้อนและกาแฟ, น้ําตาล, และชาซอง บางอัน ไปยังห้องน้ําอุปกรณ์อาบน้ํามีครบครันพอสมควร มีแปรงและยาสีฟัน, สบู่, ซามโป, ผ้าเช็ดตัวสะอาด 2 ผืน, ไดร์เป่าผม, ซิงค์รัดฯลฯ น้ําสามารถร้อน/เย็นได้เช่นกัน หมวกมาร์โคท็อป อีกส่วนของโรงแรมก็มีห้องอาหาร ซึ่งทําให้ผมประหลาดใจนิดหน่อย เพราะห้องนี้ออกแบบได้ทันสมัย กว้างขวาง เรียบร้อย สะอาด น่าอยู่ นอกจากนี้ยังมีศาลาสําหรับผู้ที่เลือกที่จะกินและสูบบุหรี่นอกห้อง พร้อมกับเพลงบรรเลงที่ผ่อนคลายในยามเช้าพร้อมกับอาหารเช้า ตรงไปที่เมนูอาหาร สําหรับผมว่าโรงแรมมีให้เลือกไม่มากแต่มันก็เพียงพอที่จะทําให้ท้องอิ่มได้ มีเมนูเช่นผลไม้ ทอดกล้วย ขนมปังปิ้ง นมสดด้วย นับจากนั้น อาจจะมี 4 ลูก ๆ ข้างข้าวขาว แต่เรื่องรสชาติที่ฉันยื่นนิ้วสองนิ้ว มันก็เข้าลิ้น สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกอื่นที่สําคัญกว่าที่ผมไม่สําคัญก็คืออินเทอร์เน็ต น่าเสียดายที่เวลาในห้อง สัญญาณไวไฟช้ามาก ยังไงก็ต่างกัน ระหว่างที่เราใช้ wifi ในห้องอาหารหรือล็อบบี้ มันดีมากๆ จากบางส่วนของบทวิจารณ์นี้ ผมขอบันทึกไว้ให้ผู้บริหาร เพื่อที่จะให้การบริการและคุณภาพดีขึ้น ดังนี้คือ 1. ผ้าขนหนูควรเริ่มเปลี่ยนเป็นรุ่นใหม่เพราะสังเกตว่าสีเปลี่ยนไปเป็นสีออกเป็นสีน้ําตาล 2.ที่ล็อบบี้เพื่อให้โซฟา/เก้าอี้นุ่มสําหรับผู้เข้าชมที่จะผ่อนคลายสักครู่ 3. เชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อให้มั่นใจได้ว่าคงที่แม้ว่าจะอยู่ในห้องก็ตาม ฉันคิดว่าเมื่อเร็วๆนี้ ข้อสรุปนี้ อาจมีการปรับปรุงในอนาคตถ้าให้ข้อมูลไปยัง

ผมได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมแห่งนี้เป็นเวลา 1 คืนพร้อมกับ 1 แต่ผมรู้สึกตกใจจริงๆ เมื่อ 7 โมงเช้าของวันเสาร์ 11 มกราคม 2020 อย่างกระทันหันเริ่มได้ยินเสียงเสียงกรีดร้อง (เสียงเช็ค, เสียงเพลง ดัมเบิ้ล, มีคนวิ่งไปวิ่งมาหัวเราะกันมาก ตรงหน้าทางเดินห้องชั้น 2 ห้อง 209 ค่ะ เสียงดังและเสียงดังรบกวนเวลาพักผ่อนของเราจริงๆ !!! เสียงดังที่เกิดขึ้นตั้งแต่ 7 โมงเช้า จนกระทั่งฉันเช็คเอ้าท์ตอน 12:30 ก็ยังเกิดขึ้น!!! เพิ่งเป็นครั้งแรกที่ได้เข้าพักที่โรงแรมที่มีบรรยากาศเสียงดังมากเหมือนตลาดกลางคืน!!! มันไม่สะดวกสําหรับฉัน & ครอบครัวจริงๆ!!! การจัดการโรงแรมควรแยกห้องบอลรูมจากห้องที่แขกพัก ไม่ให้มันเกิดขึ้นแบบนี้!!! เพราะเท่าที่ผมรู้ และประสบการณ์ของผม ในการพักโรงแรมอื่น ๆ ทั้งหมดนั้น จะต้องแยกออกจากห้องบอลรูม/ห้องประชุม ไม่ได้อยู่ติดกับห้องโรงแรม
