เข้าพัก 4 วันในห้อง 503,508.. วันที่สองห้องไม่ได้ทําความสะอาดเพราะเหตุผลที่เราแขกไม่ได้ขอแต่งหน้าห้อง ***.. !!! พรุ่งนี้ อาหารเช้า โต๊ะไม่เเก่ผ้าปูที่นอน จํานวนมาก, ***.. !!! ต้องการอาหารเช้า แต่ขนมปังแค่นี้ ปล่อยให้ไป ***.. ทําห้อง แต่ขยะในห้องไม่ถูกทิ้ง *** !!! พัก 4 วัน จ่ายเต็มด้วยบัตรเครดิต ด้วยความผิดหวัง แค่ 3 วัน ทิ้งห้อง 508.. เสียไปและตาย!!!

การต้อนรับครั้งแรกนั้นดีมาก ทีมงานโรงแรมมีประโยชน์มากและตอบสนองอย่างรวดเร็ว ห้องพักสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบเรียบร้อย สิ่งอํานวยความสะดวกอินเทอร์เน็ตที่รวดเร็วและไม่มีการเชื่อมต่อ บริการที่สะดวกสบายและอบอุ่นที่คุณสามารถหาได้ใน resto มองหา Mr Puji เขาจะช่วยคุณต่อไปอย่างแน่นอน ขอบคุณ

Hotel Indonesia Kempinski location is great and easily accessible to most part of Jakarta. The hotel buffet breakfast was awesome. What a wonderful spread of food, varieties of local and international cuisine. The plus point is the hotel is link to one of the biggest shopping mall in Jakarta. You can spend a whole day in the mall.

My last staycation in Shangri-la hotel Jakarta on 31 May 2023 was amazing. The dinner in satoo was delicious and the staff especially the waiter, Mr. Bayu so friendly and helpful. My most recent staycation was at the Shangri-la Hotel in Jakarta on May 31, 2023. The dinner at Satoo was great, and the waiter, particularly the waiter, Mr. Bayu, was extremely nice and helpful. Thanks for the service.

ฉันไม่มีเวลาลองสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก ห้องพักสวย เล็กไปหน่อย แต่ก็โอเคสําหรับการพักระยะสั้น จําเป็นต้องอัพเกรดในแง่ของทีวี หม้อต้มน้ํา และมินิบาร์ ผนังและพื้นทําให้โรงแรมดูเก่ามากแม้จะมีชื่อพูลแมน ควรพิจารณาทํางานบางอย่างในโรงแรมจริงๆ พนักงานน่ารักและน่าทึ่ง แต่สายโทรศัพท์ดูเหมือนจะบิดเบือนมาก ดังนั้นจึงไม่ใช่เรื่องง่ายที่จะสื่อสารได้ดี

ดียวดี ที่ได้พักที่นั่นหนึ่งคืน บริการก็ดี บวทขอกุญแจใหม่เพราะกุญแจทิ้งไว้ภายในห้อง ทีเก้เครื่องอาบน้ํา bot ครบจริงๆ ไม่ได้เจอ thesiap และ shampoo
